IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
7 nights minimum required in season (Saturday - Saturday rentals only). There is a 3-night minimum during the off season.
Dog friendly with a non-refundabe $250 pet fee.
No Smoking and/or Vaping Allowed

Check-out 10:00am SHARP! No exceptions.

Linen, towel, and beach towel package is available for purchase at an additional cost. If you choose not to purchase the package, we kindly ask that you bring your own linens, towels, and beach towels.

Guests are asked to supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.) they may need during their stay. Guest are also to supply their own laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM. Excessive noise during these hours are subject to a fine from the HOA.

Strict Minimum Age & Occupancy Policy:
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, must be a registered guest, and must remain in the property for the entire stay. No exceptions. We do not rent to groups consisting of or organized for guests under 25, including but not limited to Senior Week, prom-related stays, college gatherings, birthday parties, or similar events. Third-party bookings, chaperoned stays, or “drop-off” arrangements are prohibited. Any misrepresentation of age, occupancy, or purpose of stay will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may require guests to vacate the property.

Our cancellation policy states that the processing fee is non-refundable. If the guest cancels, guest will forfeit all monies if the unit is not re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, guest will forfeit 30% of the total rent due.

You will be emailed check-in procedures and your smart lock door code. No need to come to the office to pick up keys, you will go straight to the house at check-in.

    Pros: close to the beach, clean Cons: couldn’t get wifi to work and so no TV to entertain kids; upstairs bathtub leaked; other minor issues (front door handle was broken, but promptly fixed)

    To Whom: The condo has an Ant problem! First week we found them on top kitchen table and dinning table! Had ants from under the tv and it appeared they came from 38313! Bought ant traps but didn't appear to attract these type of very, very small ants! Also we had several spiders on first and second floor! Numerous light bulbs burnt out! Entry way, one, main kitchen light, light bottom of stairs to third floor! Need to have an exterminator come in!

    Comfortable place. Access to pool is a plus. Appreciated having the high chair for our new grandson. This was our second visit to this location. Would appreciate a larger bed option (King size) in master bedroom.

    Everything was as described. The internet went out a couple of times, but that might have been due to the storms. Trash wasn't picked up weekly, but that didn't change our experience. I communicated this with the property manager, and they said they would look into it.

    Really like the house, it was very clean. Had issues with the dishwasher and the property manager was quick to get a new one, but the installation was done incorrectly and it didn’t work right, but that is not a reflection on the house. My only real complaint is that beds really need to be updated.Great location, a/c worked properly and loved that they had beach chairs for us to use.

    The property was much better than how it had previously been described. It was homey, clean, ample space, 2 outdoor areas- * loved drinking my AM coffee on the porch off the kitchen. There was an abundance of kitchen tools, pots and pans which was great because we love to cook. A blender would have been great though. I had zero complaints at all and would love to stay there again next summer.
