Pet Friendly, Shared Pool, Golf Cart Accessible

The decor is well done and looks just as shown in the pictures online. The floor plan is very practical and it is really nice being on the first floor. Having two refrigerators was a huge bonus and much appreciated! Unfortunately, cleanliness was a slight problem. The floor didn’t appear to have been mopped well, as my socks were black from walking around the house. I found a ball of hair on the floor in the master closet and the master shower door was really dirty with soap scum. The white linens on the master bed were also stained. There was a bag of trash sitting on the grill as well. The cookware in the kitchen is extremely cheap and in desperate need of replacing. Be sure and pack everything you need in the kitchen. There wasn’t even salt or a set of basic measuring cups. However, the most frustrating part was the wifi connectivity. We had trouble streaming anything and couldn’t even use our phones. I eventually contacted the property manager. She was friendly but not helpful and told us to go to a restaurant to watch the Olympics. She did send a tech out 24 hours later and he did not do much. Given how much we spent, I had much higher expectations and left a little disappointed. I will not stay at this property again.

The place was so clean and well laid out. Everyone had space to relax and unwind. It was a great stay, we are already planning our next visit. Thank you!

Great stay.

This condo was a fantastic place to stay. The location was great and near the beach. (2 minute drive). It was clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely book it again.

Super clean and close to the beach

Just as advertised, no clever photography as some of my previous VRBO stays. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was nice having a designated parking spot. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Overall, nice stay.

We had a great stay

We were very happy with the property and would return again. It was very spacious and was able to accommodate us all very comfortably. The only issue we ran into was that the hot water was a little finicky--once we figured out how to use the tankless water heater (by running the tub and both sinks on hot along with the hot shower to get it to run hot), it finally worked :-) Perhaps having some instructions posted in the bathroom would be helpful for the next tenant. Thank you for the opportunity to visit the beach and make some incredible memories! 3

We really enjoyed our stay. The large fridge with ice maker and jacuzzi were an unexpected but welcome touch. Would stay again!
