This home has it all and was designed to enable our guests to come together for quality family time as well as maximize individual relaxation.

This home has ground level elevator access to the left of the front stairs. There is a gravel walk-way and access through the slider door near the grill. There is NO other elevator access on the ground level.

Pool heat can be added for an additional fee of $350/week.

The fireplace and garage are for the owner's use only.

Racing car simulator has been replaced with a multi-game arcade.

Moonrise Kingdom is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195 plus taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

Ground Level: Game room with shuffleboard, billiards table, air hockey table, Multi-game arcade, full wet bar with refrigerator and large flat screen TV. Full bath. Access to the fenced-in backyard with private pool, outdoor shower, and grill.

Mid Level: 2 king en suites with private baths, king bedroom, all with flat-screen TVs and full cable package as well as access to shaded decks. The southwest king bedroom has its own private shaded deck. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds, shared full hall bath, laundry room.

Top Level: Open layout with connecting kitchen, dining area, living area, and sitting area all with direct access to sun deck with ocean views. Oversized king en suite with walk-in closet, 6-piece private bath, and private deck. Captain’s watch sitting area with ocean views and half bath.
