Pet friendly, ocean side cottage only 5 minute walk to beach access!

The house was so clean!!! Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. The screened in porch and deck were nice. After coming in from the beach, we washed our dog in the outdoor shower then she was able to dry off on the deck. If you have small kids, you will love this place. Lots of books and toys to keep them busy. The house is in a very convenient location. Short walk to the beach, several restaurants, Wing’s, 7-Eleven, and an arcade. We will definitely be returning.

Location and communication were great. The main bonus was that they provided nice bikes that made it easy for us to maneuver around town. That was such a nice perk.The home is pretty standard bare minimum type of rental, nothing special nor nothing terrible but the fact that the primary room has no way of hanging clothes or provided with an adequate dresser made it such a challenge to get comfortable and stay organized with clothes, other than living out of a suitcase. The lower level felt humid and musty the entire time, hung towels would never dry. There’s the obvious beach town humidity but it went above and beyond the norm and sufficient dehumidifier should be in place.

Amenities a plenty! Bikes, beach gear, games and more made it such a great stay. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants made it easy if you wanted to stay local. Great stay!

Good time, clean place, many extras, plumbing problem that was rectified the very next day..Unfortunately, we had to deal with the psychological aspect of knowing Hurricane Erin was coming and that south of us in Hatteras was ordered to evacuate. So that always played on our minds as to when we would possibly be evacuated. We left a day early as per the forecast and to avoid any possible headaches the storm would bring. Our host was gracious in refunding us 500 for which she didn’t have to.. we would definitely stay there again for the house in itself was very nice and cozy! Liked the outside shower!

This was the perfect beach house for my 50th birthday with family. The location to the beach as well as restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment is fantastic. Access to the bicycles was a very nice surprise. Our experience was exceptional!!! Thank you so much!

We had a great time in Kill Devil Hills. The house listing was very accurate. The beach was beautiful, not too crowded, and only a 5 minute walk away. The property was well-maintained with a screened-in porch, an outdoor shower, and a fenced-in yard for our dog. Kelly was communicative and clear in her messages. Overall, a great vacation!

Four couples got together for a fishing trip. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and restaurant. Loved having use of beach chairs. Thank you!

The house was perfect for my friends and was in a great location surrounded by lots of great restaurants.

Very convenient location, family and dog loved it. Never ate same place twice, so many awesome places to choose from. Jet ski tour and Wright brothers memorial topped the list but beach every day with perfect weather was just what we needed.

This was our first visit to the OBX. This property was a good location from which to explore up and down the coast. Two blocks to the beach, one block to the main highway. Most day-to-day needs are within walking distance or a short drive away. The house layout is convenient with bedrooms and bath(s) on both floors. Screened in porch is nice in the morning. The open-air deck and fenced back yard are convenient if you have a dog. Overall, we were very pleased with the stay.

Host was able to accommodate us by allowing us to extend our trip by one day when our plans changed last minute. Very helpful and easy to work with.
