The house was in great condition with the best vacation upgrades - balconies galore, tons of storage, massive rooms and beautiful finishes. The third floor porch was to die for: great views, crisp breeze (even in TX summer), comfortable shaded dining spots, and tons of space for kids to run off energy. The location was ideal. This was our first trip to Cinnamon Shore and we were pleasantly surprised by how walkable everything was. Golf cart rentals are a must, so fun and easy! Pearly White is only a few houses down from a dune crossover and the South beach wasn't overly crowded during our stay. We enjoyed the family pool and C Bar (10/10 recommend food delivery to the beach), visiting town center in North and Dylan's pizza, and the kids loved the park across the street with giant chess. Book the house, you won't regret it! Everyone we worked with was so helpful and kind in the rental office(s) and texting with our vacation planner before arrival was a big hit!

Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the house & loved the the location. A couple of things, check-in was an hour late and the excuse that it gets busy was unacceptable, it was a Tuesday afternoon and no one else was checking in when we were; conversely, the cleaning crew showed up 30 minutes before check out time! 10:00am check out is unacceptable by the finest of hotel standards around the world, it seems like the cleaning crew and 'inspection' process could improve on efficiency and management support; Cooling to the primary king 2nd floor bedroom was inadequate (supply seemed starved to the room); HVAC controls are wonky and turn off during the night; Having an elevator with large gold signs saying 'NOT FOR GUEST USE' is weird as is there being no brooms or vacuum cleaners; the bed linens in the third king were stained (call it uncomfortable for our guests); maintenance was very responsive to fixing the door handle to the cart port entry door;Overall we enjoyed our stay and the home and would come back. The devil is in the details so I hope my constructive input is put to good use;

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful! Each bedroom had its own luxurious bathroom. The kitchen was huge and included gourmet appliances and everything that you needed including a crockpot and Keurig. The porches were the star of the show. You could lounge on 5 different porches and visit, take a nap or enjoy your coffee while you listen to the waves. If you decided that you needed to leave this amazing house, the beach and pools were a short walk or golf cart ride away. We took the golf cart to the beach each night so we could take fishing rods and our dogs. We even took it to Cinammon Shores North for dinner at night and coffee each morning. Everything in the resort was immaculate, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back next year!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the house is beautiful and the rooms/bunk room was perfect for family. Also the location to the pool and beach walk was perfect. It’s also has one of the best outdoor living areas we’ve seen at Cinnamon Shore. However, there are a few things to note about the property. In the photos you will see an elevator. It was out of order during our stay, however it is labeled “not for guest use.” This was unfortunate since the kitchen was on the third floor, and having to carry a week’s worth of groceries for a multi family stay. Our elderly grandmother was going to come, but then couldn’t. If she would’ve came, she wouldn’t have been able to go upstairs. Also note there are cameras outside of all exterior doors, including the covered patio. We understand the placement on first floor level doors, however the third level where guests hang out, is a little unsettling. Also, I don’t believe the house has been well maintained. There were dead bugs in the headboard of one of the kingrooms, and stains on several of the sheets. The outdoor porch swings were all taken down, I’m assuming due to the hurricane, but didn’t get put back up, and the hardware left in the livingroom of the house. There were also satins on the outdoor swing bed blankets. We called maintenance several times to come put them back up, but they did not show, it wasn’t until we reported one of their windows was leaking extremely bad, that they came, but they still didn’t hang the swings. For the price to stay at one of these houses, I feel like we shouldn’t have ran into these issues.
