This charming home is the perfect place for the avid fisherman. Plenty of parking for your boat/trailer in the fenced in property, large yard, fish cleaning station,
picnic table, charcoal grill and an outdoor shower for quick rinse and clean up. All of this is on the ground level.
Venture upstairs to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast while listening to the rustling of the palm trees
in the island breeze. There is plenty of seating for family and friends. Step inside to the open common living area. Enjoy your favorite TV shows
or movies with cable and Wi-Fi while sitting on the couch, accent chairs or recliner. 3 bar stools can be pulled up for extra seating. You can interact
with those in the kitchen or dining table with seating for 4. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils,
pantry and open shelving for all of your cooking needs. Off of the living room is a half bath which also has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom
(BR1) has a King size bed, nightstand, TV, closet and chest for your outdoor and beach attire. The guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstand and closet. Both rooms share a full-size hallway bathroom with a tub/shower unit.

    Pros: Outside is phenomenal- pristine yard & gate, fish cleaning room, outdoor shower and 2 water hoses with long driveway. Inside had nice large bathroom & another half bath with great washer dryer combo. Management responded in minutes to roach issue and exterminator was fabulous. Great location walking a couple blocks to shops, groceries, liquor store and restaurants. Tons of coffee makers, pots, pans, blender.. no need to bring kitchen items. Cons: so many roaches. I've lived on a beach for years & while they can't be helped, there were so so many. Housekeeping is an issue.Dead roaches stuck to rims of glasses & bottoms of plates in, molded caulk in shower, finger prints on interior doors. Patio rug so covered in roach and mice droppings we removed it and scrubbed deck to then remove mold that was under rug. TV had minimal sound, the remotes we found has no batteries. Bedroom dresser barely hanging on & inner drawers were stained. 2 of 4 kitchen chairs had broken legs. Grill under low tree with burned branches. OVERALL: would've been great when we were 20, but we weren't comfortable until after we spent 6 hours cleaning. We wanted to relax & watch tv-the buzzing sound was louder than anything. Binder states they don't have time for deep clean between guests; our issue was spot cleaning. I think housekeeping needs training & furnishings need to be updated. For the we gave 4/10.Would not return to this property- WOULD rent from this this company

    Great nice property outside and the area was nice and perfect location. Overall we have to give it a thumbs down due to infestation of roaches . We killed quite a few on our first night and in the morning continued to have to deal with them in kitchen cabinets and coming out from side of the dishwasher. Very frustrating and disgusting we couldn’t have our food out at all groceries we bought . I did report it to the office and asked if they can help they did finally send pest control out later that evening on our second night there . Unsanitary conditions

    Convenient location in the middle of town. One of the best parts is Hot Water in the outdoor shower!! My family had a wonderful stay.

    This property is centrally located in Port A, to the beach , restaurants, and the ferry. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities: outdoor shower, fish cleaning porch, outside water hose for rinsing off the boat, drive thru parking with 2 gates. Kitchen was well equipped and also it had a washer and dryer. Nice property!

    The check in process was smooth at the start. showed up and the property was clean and well maintained. The provided more than enough towels, sheets etc for our 4 night stay. Had a bit of issue with the trash but called the company and they resolved the issue and followed up after. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

    My family has rented this house 2 years in a row now and plan to continue to do so each year. We can walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, the grocery store, the marina and just about anywhere we'd want to go from this location. The best parts of the house are the fenced yard for our pups and the outside shower. The large upper deck is also a perfect place to relax with coffee and enjoy the sea breeze.

    I’ll start by saying we would consider staying there again. The pics don’t necessarily relay the current state of the property however. Built in 1994, but I would suggest it looks older due to delayed general maintenance. Nothing extreme by any means, but if any home isn’t maintained with an eye to detail then it goes downhill. I know it’s a rental, but it looks like a rental only and the owner doesn’t ever go to the property. Bathtub and sink don’t drain well, the palm tree is overgrown and partially blocks the stairs, little things like that. Needs a good, deep cleaning inside and out. Location is great, rental and checking/checkout were a breeze, a/c worked well, ceiling fans to keep air moving, etc.

    This property was ideal for us. We really liked the fenced yard so our dog was happy. There were 4 of us and it was comfortable and clean. We had all that we needed in the kitchen and there were extra blankets which is always a plus.

    Great location-walking distance to main beach. Excellent property for dogs with the fenced in yard! Amazing porch for relaxing and enjoying seaside breeze
