Pet-Friendly Clarksville Home w/ Central A/C

Absolutely wonderful home. It was cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property. And the host was very responsive and very helpful.

What a sweet and comfortable homebase for our family while we were in town for a gymnastics meet. So clean and well stocked. The kids, adults and the dog had everything we needed. Nice touches like a bottle of wine, snacks and dog treats. Back yard was so nice. Games, grill, grass, shade and lawn furniture. What a wonderful weekend. Thank you!!!

The family stayed here along with my parents for a volleyball tournament in Louisville and it was everything we could’ve asked for. The backyard is very nice, especially if you’re bringing your dog with you and it’s close to downtown Louisville.

We stayed over the weekend to watch our two sons play in a volleyball tournament at the University of Louisville. The location was perfect- quiet neighborhood, but quick and easy to get everywhere. We enjoyed sitting in the patio area in the evenings- big backyard and comfy furniture. And we loved all the sweet personal touches by the host- wine, cheese and crackers for me, granola bars and snacks for my guys, and even dog treats for our dog Boo. Also- simple thing- but they provide plenty of towels! Most properties are very stingy with towels and this one was not. They also had laundry supplies, coffee and filters (and even hot chocolate, which we loved!)

Great area and fun games Our 8 person party in town for a festival loved the house and made the room available work. We had a great time.

Great stay! Host provides everything you need. Nice extras such as snacks, coffee, creamers, plenty of trash bags, bath towels, etc. Attention to details so you feel right at home. Clean. Great location for easy access to I-65. We were here for Bourbon and Beyond Festival. There is a cute outdoor cat that visited us each morning. Great outdoor area in back of house. Saw deer, several species of birds outback. Quiet neighborhood. Many places close by for food- groceries and restaurants.

If you have an active dog, this is the place to stay! Our doodle absolutely loved playing fetch & chasing deer in the big, fenced in yard. We also enjoyed the covered patio & outside games. The house itself was very clean & comfortable. The host left helpful supplies, dog toys, & snacks for all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great communication from owner and property manager. Check-in details were sent well in advance so we knew what to expect. Rick the property manager was thoughtful about little details; when he heard we were hosting some family members for a cookout he used the leaf blower on the already-clean grill area and left us some extra rags to wipe down the tables before eating.This was a great house to stay in while visiting the area and catching up with relatives.

We met up with family from Virginia. We are from Chicago. We (my husband) searched for houses(our first time planning a VRBO) and found this place. It was a 10 star for our pup. The yard is huge and completely fenced in. (the back fence is lowish, so beware if you have an escape artist). So many new smells and things to explore. Pet amenities included a bed, blanket, towel, food stand and some treats. Our pup. never uses her bed at home but took to this one just fine.Adult time. There were 5 adults and the house has 3 bedrooms which worked great for us. Lots of treats on arrival. Check in was easy. We saw the property manager when he came to put out the trash cans. So no one overseeing us. The outdoor space is a whole other thing. Lots of birds in the morning. Deer were on the property next door and what I think was a chorus of frogs and cicadas at night. And yeah.. the fire pit is nice too. Kitchen had a great fridge. We cooked only once, so not much to say. No dishwasher which probably kept us from cooking more There was plenty of soap, TP, laundry soap, tooth paste, tooth brushes for our short stay. Our bed was almost too comfy and had a gravitational pull all its own. The neighborhood is quiet. So quiet. Not much in walking distance except a convenience store but lots of options in a 10 minute radius drive. Even places across the river are just 10 minutes away. Enough coffee for our 4 days plus lots of K Cups. We never said we wish we had...

This listing was one of the best yet! Super accurate! Parking was perfect, even for our large trucks!!!! Location was easy to find and was super quiet at night!! The yard was perfect for our dog and appreciate the added gates!!!! Host was super responsive and super helpful!! We tried to book this house again when we are here this summer and was super sad to see it full that weekend already!! Hope to stay here next fall again!!!!!

The property team thought of everything to make our stay a great one. Super clean house with a great layout for multiple couples or a family. The backyard area makes for a great hangout area. Large and secure yard that was great for the pup we had with us. The team was communicative and very responsive. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! Plenty of house and yard space for our whole family. The grill and yard games made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. The owner and property manager were so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. This will definitely be a place we stay in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lori provided all the extra amenities including dog treats for our fur babies. The house was conveniently located to downtown Louisville. I highly recommend this property.
