10 Min to Louisville, Huge Hot Tub, Awesome Backyard

Parking in the garage was awesome with the colder weather and of course the swim spa was a hit.

Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Location was excellent. Home was stocked with everything needed.

Was a great house/property and perfect location for wanting to be just a short drive into Louisville.

My family truly enjoyed this location and Wesley’s quick communication. The hot tub and backyard oasis was perfect for our family and pups to run around! Would highly recommend!

Family of 5 had a wonderful stay here! We felt comfortable from the moment we stepped inside. Close enough to Louisville to hit all the good spots and quiet and relaxing when we were done with the day. The house was well stocked and carefully thought out for its guests. This was a 5 star family stay!

This was beyond our expectations. It was very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. There was one complaint from one of my travel friends; she said the bedroom downstairs gets extremely hot with the heat on. The hot tub was perfect temperature and a great place to relax after Ghost hunting at the Waverly Sanatorium. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

Very Good

This was one of the best stays, homes and owners ive had in years. We stayed during the bad winter storms the end of Jan. and when asked to drop off a shovel they did even better and did the shoveling of the steps and a path to the amazing swimspa in the backyard, cleared the cover of that off for us as well. We were also pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the beds as they felt pretty hard when just pushing on them but they craddled us like babies.

Great place 2nd year staying here. Missing some bed linens we had new ones within an hour!

Host was accommodating with a Christmas tree Definitely needs a deep clean and more attentive cleaners, floors were not clean as our socks were black at end of day. Need working vacuum and more towels. We only had one hand towel in the kitchen, had to buy more dishwashing tablets and trash bags to last our trip.

Clean good neighborhood parking and some enjoyed hot tub. Enough room for our family!!

Great amenities and excellent location. We had a family of 7, from age 6 - 68 and everyone was comfortable and happy.

The kitchen was well stocked and made meals a breeze! The kids appreciated all the games and the large yard.

Place was great. My only complaint was needing to be inside before 10pm. I missed that in the listing if it’s in there. I was there with my daughters and grandchildren. We are night owls so it was disappointing to not be able to chill outside under the full moon at night. We never got an opportunity to use the fire pit. The only other complaint was the cookware. Cooking breakfast was challenging with those pans. Other than that the house was great, the hot tub was great and we had a great time.

The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The backyard was the main draw for us and it did not disappoint! We spent most of our time hanging out in the swim spa and on the patio. There were tons of stores and restaurants near by and it was just a short drive into Louisville. Wesley and Sarah were super responsive. They checked on us often and always responded to our questions within 15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others! It was a very quiet community and a great place to stay if you enjoy the quiet and peacefulness have everything you would need in the house to make your stay comfortable And the closeness two stores was a plus for the little things you would need

My family chose this home because of its location, price, and amenities. As grandparents we wanted to treat our grandkids to a trip to Mammoth Caves and the Ark Encounter. We looked at homes that met our needs in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky - they were either too expensive or too small. We came upon this home in Clarksville and it was just right. It had enough bedrooms, game room for kids, hot tub was a big bonus, location was near enough to an array of restaurants and sites, and the price was right. I contacted the owner with an array of questions and he responded and answered them quickly and courteously. We arrived and everything was accurate to its description and what our host conveyed to me. I would recommend this home to anyone who enjoys cleanliness, comfy beds, TV in almost every room, fabulously large hot tub and a great host. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

A large group gathered - 7 Adults, 5 Children. The location was great, and the house met our needs very well. No problems at all.

I was in town for a wedding and the location was excellent. I was 15 minutes from the venue and close to other places we visited. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs was a nice open space to eat and hang out with each other. The games in the basement and extra living room provided lots of distraction for a 3-year old. Because of the snow, we did not get a chance to enjoy the backyard, but it is a nice and roomy backyard. I would stay here again when I'm visiting. Wesley was super responsive to questions during my stay.

It was great. We were able to relax and spend time together as a family. We used all the amenities and everything was as described. The house and property were clean. The neighborhood was quiet and had lots of Christmas lights. We had plenty of room for all of us. The light in the refrigerator needs replaced and one in the downstairs bathroom started flickering today just before we left, other than that everything was perfect. Happy New Year!

We needed a place to stay for a business trip and instead of renting different rooms wanted it more personalized. This was a great location and had the rooms for our needs. We would stay here again.

Super close to Louisville! Backyard every bit amazing as pictures. Lots of nice touches in the house to make it inviting and also family friendly. We didn’t need as it was a couples retreat but there was crib, high chair, and baby gate. Kitchen had what we needed. Overall a quality stay

The property was generally good for us. Loved the generous Keurig supplies and we3 used every K Cup. Needed to help have our coffee and stay warm as we had difficulty mastering the thermostat in order to raise the temp. Some things need change, 1, The showers need grab bars installed-protect yourself from potential liability 2. Some raised areas of carpet in hallways and bedrooms are a trip hazard 3. The stairwell is missing a handrail on one of the levels. Lastly I missed the explanation of the code for checking and it took us until 4:30 to get it sorted out, At 82 I am not the most experienced text message user, We had my Grandson his wife and 3 Great Grandkids on the lower level, I shared the one bathroom on the upper level with myself (male) and four other women, We would stay here again thanks for having us, The day the garbage men came I tipped the open cans over and let the rain out,
