We loved all the helpful notes around the house and useful information that the host provided about the area. The host did a great of filling the house with items to make you feel more at home.

Such a welcoming environment! The kids loved the candy, which was there with a Welcome note. We all enjoyed the various places, the fire pit, the BBQ, and everything else. All drawers contain the information you are looking for, and your home is neat and clean. I would love to rent it again. I would give 10 out of 5, if I could!

Wow!!! We were impressed with this VRBO rental. The owner's attention to detail made us feel like we were at our own home! We had good communication with the owner, easy check in/check out process and lots of extras (toothbrush, hairspray, sunscreen, etc) that we normally don't see in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable and everything was up to date. Also, there is a great outdoor area to enjoy. I would stay here again!!

The owner has taken extra time to make sure you have everything you need or might have forgotten. Our group had grandparents to teenagers and dogs. We all enjoyed the amenities and had a great time. We will stay again if in the area.

Toni made everything simple and seamless from check in/check out, labeling everything in the unit, cleanliness, communication, and everything else. I would gladly stay here again next time I’m in the area and would recommend the same to anyone else!

This was our Christmas vacation with my husband and two children. we chose to stay in Montrose because we wanted to visit Telluride and Ouray.wlove the house it was very cozy.

Excellent kitchen with everything I needed. Comfortable, clean, and cozy! Fenced in yard was very nice for our dogs. Location is a busy spot which was an advantage for us because it was close to everything including restaurants and hiking trails.

This was a nice property for a small group. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old and 4 month old. We had all the kitchen amenities so we were able to cook, and full laundry room was nice. Nice front yard to play yard games too. Very comfy!

We used this as our home base for exploring trails near Ouray. This home was a much better value than anything we could find for 4 adults in the Ouray / Telluride areas. The home was clean and well equipped. We appreciated being able to use the garage and felt comfortable leaving items behind at the house that we did not need for the day. Even the sofa bed turned out to be comfortable.

Check in was a breeze. Very quaint and comfortable place. Nice front yard for our dog. Patio was very nice and relaxing. Garage was surprisingly large, it fit our truck.
