We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful cottage with all the amenities. Great location!

Beautifully decorated and cozy cabin. The porch view is nice with comfortable seating. We sat out there every evening and morning. The fireplace was so easy to operate with just a button it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and big. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen items were adequate for our needs. We would have liked more lightly in the main room the floor lamp was not enough all of our group are big readers and it was difficult unless we turned on the kitchen lights. We did as instructed for the trash pickup but it was not picked up on Tuesday. When we put our trash in the bin this morning before leaving the bin was full.

Had a great weekend. Excellent location. Everything was as described.

The bed and pillows were terrific, the shower had great pressure, the sofa and chairs were very comfortable, and hosts were cery responsive. Need I say more. Thank you Lesa and Corey for opening up your home.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean, well stocked cabin. It offers easy access to town and a welcoming glow from the lovely fireplace. Following Hurricane Helene however, the internet availability was iffy. The cable internet had not been restored yet and our hosts did their best by providing 5G internet to the house. The issue came with the 5G service at the house. Because the internet was in and out so often and we did not have cell service at the house itself, we found it incredibly frustrating. I reiterate, the host did the best they could and I do not blame them however it is worth mentioning. I would categorize it as a first world problem and overall this was a fantastic stay with a responsive host. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of visiting Highlands, NC but check on the status of the internet if that is important to you.

This home was just what we needed to relax . Everything was at our fingertips. We could sit on the lovely porch and enjoy the outdoors or relax in the living room in comfortable chairs. We came for conversation with old friends and spent most of our time enjoying one another in the comfort of this home . We went into town and ate at a wonderful Italian restaurant and had a cocktail at the Old Edward's Inn. Highlands was so laid back and the stores filled with unique gifts for those back home . It was a delightful stay and I highly recommend this lovely home for a great stay !

My wife and I and another couple stayed at the mountain house in Highlands. The house is very convenient to downtown. We enjoyed everything about the house.

Nice, comfortable house & porch; brighter light in lamps & baths would be good addition. The driveway is only negative; very difficult is there are 2 cars.

Ferncliff Cottage works perfectly for us. We love the wonderful out door space and being in the treetops.

We had a wonderful long weekend retreat at this cabin in Highlands! This is the perfect home for 2 couples with pets! We even saw a bear in the backyard one day!
