Main Level: The primary bedroom has a King bed, ensuite bath, and access to a balcony that connects to the main deck on the backside of the home.A guest bedroom (Queen) is just down the hall with an attached (shared) bath. You'll also find an open area with an updated kitchen, breakfast & coffee bar, and a large dining table that can be converted into a Billards table. On the backside of this area is a spacious sitting room surrounded by large big picture windows facing the wide-angle mountain view, with access to the large main level deck.
The upper level past the entrance from the 2-car garage has a generous sitting area with a TV & game table alongside a kitchenette, and it's own bathroom and private bedroom (King and a Full bed).
The lower level has another sitting area with a desk, flat screen TV, coffee bar, pull-out sofas and access to another large deck with sleeping swing. The fourth bedroom (King) and bath are also located on the lower level.
The home has a modern gas fireplace on the main level, a firepit and gas grill on the main deck, and another firepit area below the house that can be accessed by stepping down the stairs off of the deck.
It's the perfect place to enjoy all of the luxuries of the Blue Ridge Mountains while only being a short drive*** away from all of the world-class shops and restaurants that Downtown Highlands has to offer!
***Less than a minute's drive to Highlands Post Office, which serves as the beginning on Main Street in Highlands. Guests could choose to walk from this home, although you may end up winded on the way back up, since it has steep gradual incline on the .3 mile road that leads up to the house.
