The design is so great for entertaining with such perfectly appointed living spaces. And there are so many beautiful places to just sit and take in nature! It had every comfort and convenience, while preserving the feel of a centuries old French chateau. The owner and the caretaker could not have been more accommodating. 5-star all around.

Stayed Aug 4, 2022The house is so elegant and the setting just gorgeous. Jani and Red made our stay easy and responded to our every need instantly. The kitchen was fully stocked and one of our favorite things was romantic dinners in the small secondary dining room with a fireplace overlooking the lake. Just perfect!

Stayed Jul 31, 2022Interesting property. Nice touches to inspire a French Chateau feel. Staring to show some age. Main TV had an annoying Sony infomercial constantly interrupting programming. Some lamps did not work. Felt like we were under surveillance with all of the cameras. At the price one would think every detail would have been vetted before guest arrive. Otherwise, nice stay.

Stayed Jul 22, 2022Everything about the house and property is gorgeous. The house is full of European antiques, it’s so incredible. There is a view of the water out every window and the grounds are magical. You will feel like you’re at a summer house in Europe. The location is great, you are minutes from downtown Highlands. We will be back!
