The house is exceptional - elegant as described, with beautiful touches everywhere you look. We loved all of the spaces and enjoyed the fireplace given the cold weather outside.The view is spectacular, and the house has great outdoor spaces as well. The kitchen is very well equipped. The proximity to town cannot be beat. We would love to experience this property at different times of year - it should be spectacular in the summer and fall. The house worked great for our family group of seven. Highly recommend.

We visited and enjoyed good company, food, and an even better home to stay. Beautiful home, and had everything we needed to cook some great meals. Comfortable rooms and living space. Great cooking appliances and grills. Enjoyed a nice walk to town for lunch each day. Host was very responsive. Will be staying there again in the future.

Great location n8ce bedrooms and kitchen

Beautiful home with excellent views. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The living space is very comfortable for family. The deck and has amazing views. While the hill is a bit steep, you can walk to town. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and the host was very responsive to the few questions we had. My wife and I were designated babysitters for our 3 month old grand daughter while my son and daughter in law attended a wedding. We really enjoyed the house for our family time. Thank you so much.

This home is amazing in everyway and provided a beautiful space for our family to gather. The mountain vista from the porch is just incredible! The owner was ultra responsive from booking to check-in. All made for a wonderful trip to Highlands, NC!

Ben was a wonderful host. He arranged for additional wood for the fireplace during our stay and connected me with a house cleaner so i could have cleanings throughout my visit.

We are so glad that we chose this home for this family gathering. The place easily handled six adults and an infant. The chefs in the group loved the kitchen. The sleeping accommodations were excellent. But the real star of our stay was the deck and view. Thanks so much to the owner for sharing their special creation.

If you haven't been to Highlands, NC, I highly recommend it. And I don't think you can find a better home to stay in. It's perfect for my husband and me, our two grown children and spouses, and two grandchildren (ages 2 and 5). The host was extremely responsive. This home is nicer than my own and has every kitchen item you need to cook meals. It is super close to the downtown and beautiful waterfalls.

We loved our stay here! The house is wonderful, and the communication with the owner was very easy. Designed built and decorated by a renowned designer, the house offered a great setting for a peaceful and inspiring getaway. We had a wonderful set up with two houses, and this house was particularly well suited for adults. The other house was perfect for children. So it all worked out great. This house couldn’t have been nicer! We had such a great time! Many thanks to the owner for sharing!

We loved this property. Perfect amount of room for 6 adults and 1 baby. It was the perfect location- you had beautiful mountain views and were also less than 5 min drive from the Highlands Main Street. You could also walk if you don’t mind very hilly terrain! The house itself is beautiful. We will be back!
