Perfect Mountain Home II with HOT TUB overlooking Mary's Lake/Near RMNP entrance

The property was great. I loved the little details that was big to me. Like having coffee pods that was sooo nice. Salt and pepper that i didnt have to buy was wonderful fans in every room. It is so close to town. The house was also very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

The house was very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The location was perfect close to both Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, making it easy to enjoy hiking, sightseeing, shopping, and dining without spending much time driving.

The cabin was perfect for our group. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Clean, comfortable sleeping quarters. Comfortable tv room. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking! Beautiful view from porch. The only challenge was the ruts and pot-holes in the private drive to the property. Hopefully, this will be addressed now that spring is arriving. The host was extremely helpful.

Amazing place! Perfect for a family group!

Exceeded expectations! First, the home is conveniently located, very spacious and comfortable. We had 5 adults, but there is ample room for more. The home also enjoys panaromic views of the valley and mountains and felt private. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. Finally, the communication from our Host was excellent! We would stay here again and look forward to visiting any time our travels take us to Estes Park!

Very nice and spacious. One negative - was hard to find the house initially- also in the dark. The only other negative was we were surprised there was no air conditioning but there were floor fans in abundance. It cooled off after our first day. Well stocked except there was no laundry soap. Questions were answered in a good pace. Would stay here again.

This home is in a great location for day visits to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very clean and we had a seamless checkin/checkout process.

Convenient to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park

We enjoyed our stay in your mountain home! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and grilling. The beds were all comfortable, the large living room was very nice for relaxing and the hot tub was a hit! Our favorite spot was the front porch in the evening, great views of the mountains. We loved it! It was larger than it looked online. Great view. Lots of kitchen and bath amenities. Nice to have the hot tub. Room to spread out. Comfy beds. The manager, Chris was very responsive by text.

The house was well represented by VRBO! It exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well supplied, well laid out, spacious, and even cozy too. It was conveniently located, and everything was well appointed! The little disappointment was that the television facilities were limited by pure streaming services , so there was no live sports or regular tv/cable channels frequently watched. But this is a personal issue and maybe no longer the norm.We highly recommend this property to any family visiting Estes Park! When we come back again, our first choice will be this property!Thank you very much for meeting us stay in your home!

We really enjoyed the house. The location was great for bypassing town to get to RMNP. They had everything we needed there. The only thing that surprised us was no AC. Normally in CO you wouldn't need AC because the nights are so cool, so it was understandable. I would highly recommend this place for your trip.

We stayed at the cabin for 2 nights while visiting RMNP. Location was perfect. Communication with Chris was great and he provided lots of great information for the area and the park for us. The cabin was great and had everything we needed. 5 stars all around!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting Estes Park. The house provided plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. Chris was very responsive throughout our visit. One evening, after searching for moose, we returned to find seven deer in the front yard! The drive to the Beaver Meadows Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park was quick and convenient. We will absolutely be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Nice views off the large front deck, including plenty of bluebirds. Lots of space for our family of five to spread out.

Description and photos are accurate, the cabin was beautiful, well spread out for our family, and located in a beautiful, convenient location. Even the hottub was great, with amazing star views at night. Would highly recommend if you need good space for 1-2 families.

First time to Rocky Mountain National Park. This was the perfect place to stay at. Only 7 min from RMNP entry. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The place was clean & spacious. Used the hottub. Saw deer roaming around.

Wonderful property, we loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! The hot tub was used quite a bit! The view was incredible and seeing wildlife everywhere was amazing. Very comfortable beds. Loved the big porch!

My friends and I loved this place

We enjoyed our stay and found the home accommodating for a family gathering with grandparents and children. In the winter the upper bedroom is a bit cold so a small space heater might be helpful.

My family loved staying here in Estes for a few days to celebrate Christmas. It snowed on Christmas and it was perfectly cozy. You will have to squish 8 people onto the couch for movie night but otherwise everything was lovely!

Our 3 generation family of 8 very much enjoyed our weekend stay in this Estes home. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. Equalizing the heat in various spaces was a bit of a challenge. Appreciated the communication from Chris - the local management rep. We recommend and would consider staying again.

The location of this house was fantastic! Off the beaten path and very quite and peaceful! The hot tub was an excellent addition to the property as well as the spacious house with plenty of areas to spread out and relax. Our check in process was slightly inconvenient because we never received an email with home access info; however we were able to reach the home owners who were fantastic at quickly remedying the situation for us and apologized for said inconvenience which we sincerely appreciated! The house was beautiful and very clean, our only frustration was not enough towels on site for both hot tub use and showering (thank goodness for a washer and dryer to use), and no curtains on the front windows that are across the entire length of the house or in the upstairs bedroom/loft space.

We had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and well cared for and the communication from the property manager was five star! We loved hanging out in the hot tub after a day of hiking and enjoying the views from the from porch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
