PERFECT LOCATION...PARK, RELAX, & WALK! MIDDLE OF THE FRENCH QUARTER!

The home was historic, beautiful and as described. It is in the perfect location to enjoy the city by foot. The parking was as described and easy to access. The kitchen was small and not extremely well equipped. But it was not a problem for us as we were within a few minute walk time to many wonderful places to eat including many recommended in the travel guides. We found it ideal for 2 couples traveling together and would highly recommend 46-E Huntley Lodge!

Huntley Lodge was absolutely beautiful and was located in one of the most picturesque locations. The owner delightful to deal with as well. The parking with the property was a game changer for our weekend stay. Thank you for everything

The house was very clean and accommodating to our needs. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. Communication with home owner was always helpful and timely. The location of the home was excellent. We were able to walk to historical sites, points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront park. Folly Beach and plantation sites were a short drive away. Highly recommend!!

Communication with the host was top notch. The location couldn't have been better - centrally located to the Market, Rainbow Row, The Battery, yummy restaurants, etc. We walked everywhere! Huntley Lodge is well appointed and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay in Charleston while celebrating my daughter’s engagement. The location in the French Quarter could not have been better—everything was steps away, yet the street stayed quiet and charming. When the weather turned cold, the fireplace made the place feel extra cozy and gave us a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a special weekend. Highly recommend.

I can not rave enough about this property! You are in the heart of the historical French quarters of Charleston. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars and even an outdoor market. The house its self was beautiful and clean! We were worried that our teething infant would be trouble to the neighbors but they admitted after some friendly chatting that they heard nothing!! We felt very comfortable and that there was plenty of space for all three of us (and Grandma when she came to babysit). Pam was an exceptional host allowing me and the baby in a little early, and after traveling overnight for over 14 hours we needed it! When I mentioned we couldn’t located the dishwasher pods, she called immediately on a Sunday to say she had a different cleaning crew and would bring some by the following morning. We could not have been more impressed, comfortable and truly blessed to have a beautiful space in an amazing location! I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the luxury and beauty of old Charleston!

The place was great. Location was awesome , we were right in the middle of the French quarter. Restaurants, the city market and the battery all within easy walking distance. The townhome was clean and well equipped. Loved the private outdoor area. Coffee there every morning. Highly recommended.

This place was wonderful, perfectly located in the center of everything. I will definitively stay again when I visit Charleston.

This place is perfect. It’s in the most prime location at the city center, making everything walkable, yet is still slightly tucked away so you don’t get any of the street noise. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Two bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and their own bathrooms. The downstairs has a lovely living room with a large tv and lots of seating. Full dining room and kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook - however I’d recommend taking advantage of the million incredible restaurants Charleston has to offer.

Loved the location...we parked our cars in the garage down the street and walked everywhere we wanted to go. We were there for 4 nights and did not get back in our cars until it was time to check out.Quiet, peaceful and very comfortable...felt safe and secure at all times.Everything we needed was provided.Highly recommend this place and hope to visit again some day.

This home is just as advertised - PERFECT! Perfect size, with 2 bedrooms and en-suite baths upstairs and a powder room, living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Perfectly working air conditioner - a necessity for June in Charleston Perfect location - Located walking distance to wherever you would want to go in downtown Charleston. Perfect host - Pam is a very responsive host who is extremely flexible and kind. Perfect parking - Access to a parking garage, via a gate card, a block and a half away is a dream for those driving in our renting a car to explore areas outside Charleston proper. What now can I say - this place was so PERFECT and I have no hesitancy in recommended or staying there in the future. Thank you Pam!

Very Charleston-ish, hidden from direct traffic. Very close ( walking distance) to everything you would want to see and do. Plenty of room, everything you would need for a vacation or just a weekend away. Great restaurants and shopping very close.

This VRBO is right where you want to start. 2 blocks from the market. The condo is beautiful and we loved every second of our stay.

The location of the place in the French Quarter was close to wonderful restaurants, bars/rooftops, carriage rides and the city market. The accomodations were very clean.

A fantastic property right in the heart of anything. We parked our car for a week and only used it once to golf. Very private once you close the courtyard gate, yet right outside the door a world of restaurants and activities await. The owners are quick to respond to answer questions. If going to Charleston, highly recommend this place.

We have enjoyed several visits to Huntley Lodge and it is always a great stay. Beds are comfortable and the unit is always clean and well maintained. Hoping to return again next year.

We chose this place bc of the pics and location. It was just as we had hoped. Central to downtown Charleston, close to lots to landmarks, the harbor, the market, King street, all within walking distance. The house was perfect sized, clean, comfortable, it felt like home! We enjoyed all aspects of our trip, and this house was central to the enjoyment of our stay! I would Absolutely recommend this place to our friends and family!

We stay in this home every year when we visit Charleston. Excellent location and safe neighborhood. Home has all the feels of being in a home with all the creature comforts. We look forward to returning soon.

Can't say enough about this beautiful home. Very clean, well maintained and the kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of glasses and dishes. The location is outstanding, you can walk to any restaurant or attraction. The beds were extremely comfortable and communication was excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat when returning!

This home was lovely and its location is phenomenal. We stayed 11days and rented a car... which we used TWICE. Everywhere else we walked, or took a bike taxi. Thankfully the property includes parking at a garage a short walk away or it would have been an even bigger budget fail (car rental portion) as parking is 'tight' on the streets. The bedrooms both contained very comfortable beds, and their own attached bathrooms which was excellent as each couple could organize how they preferred. The downstairs had a half bath which meant taking stairs could be kept to a minimum. The kitchen was compact but beautifully updated and contained everything needed for meals. We used the dining room probably the most as we played cards most evenings. The living room was large enough to seat all of us, and having a washer/dryer was a big win for return packing! The outdoor area was a beautiful shady location but unfortunately mosquitoes had convinced us all by the 3rd evening that this was actually THEIR territory! Their is a large central courtyard outside your gate with a beautiful fountain and additional seating, but sadly mosquitoes own it too! We ate almost every breakfast and dinner out, exploring countless restaurants and discovering that this town is made for foodies. Pam was extremely responsive to any questions and a pleasure. Would recommend this beautiful home, in its ideal location, to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming location to explore Charleston from.

This home is perfectly situated in the French Quarter. Easy walk to the water and historical sites. The house is a great combination of old world wood floors and modern conveniences. Pam is great to work with, and we would definitely stay here again. This was a wonderful family vacation made even more special by this house.
