The Brick was clean and comfortable as can be. Well appointed; we wanted for nothing! Host communicated attentively and unobtrusively. True to description in terms of accommodation and location. If I ever get back to Munising and need a place to stay I’ll unhesitatingly check to see if The Brick is available.

Place was clean and as advertised. Beds are comfortable, shower is great, home stayed warm and cozy despite arctic temperatures outside. Location is awesome: walking distance from restaurants and bars in Munising.

House was clean and comfortable, pet friendly. Parking for truck & small snowmobile trailer is ok, but harder for larger trailer to access alley with high snowbanks.

Jim saved half our group when they locked themselves out, thanks again jim . This location was central for all our activities, snowmobiling to the east and hiking at presque isle park to the west. Great way to start off 2026.

The house was very clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located! We really enjoyed our stay!

House was perfect for our stay. Very clean, had everything we needed, great location. Fenced in yard for our small dog. Highly would recommend and we will definitely keep it on our places to stay at again.

All good but had a hard time getting in. Suggest some kind of lamp lighting leading up to entrance and also better signs for address on house.

This was a great stay! Located within walking distance to almost all restaurants and bars and drives to hikes and waterfalls were close. Kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen basics we needed and beds were comfy. Would stay again!

The Brick was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, spacious, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal for all of our sightseeing adventures. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if we come back to visit!!

Location was perfect to walk to shops and restaurants. We also walked to our pictured rock cruise. Cozy home, well stocked and incredibly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location. We were able to walk into town multiple times to take advantage of the shops and restaurants in town. Accommodations worked well for our family of four with separate spaces for our two teens. Easy trips to go kayaking and hiking. Loved being able to save some money cooking some of our own meals, but the kitchen could be better equipped. Pans were in terrible shape, and were flaking teflon coating into our food, and not even a spatula for flipping pancakes. Otherwise a great place.

The Host provided outstanding accomodations, all pictures were accurate. The place was nicely stocked with laundry detergent, linens, and kitchen items. The unit was very clean , close to many attractions I would stay here again without a 2nd thought.

We had a great stay at this cute and clean home. Loved the wall decor of pictured rocks. Very easy to walk to the boat dock area, shops, and restaurants. Lots of closet space to keep things tidy while we were there. Fun games that our 3 year old enjoyed! Excellent communication as well! Would definitely come back!

Excellent location of a very nice property. Very roomy and clean. Only issue is half bath door could not be closed which created some issues during our stay. Appreciated the surprise Atari flashback console and the lovely flowers upon arrival.

We came to hike through the ice caves, this location is close to everything. It is very clean and we will look to rent it again.

It was very nice to arrive and have a plowed driveway to back a small trailer into. Alley is a bit tight for trailer navigation good tires are a plus to navigate the snowbanks. The place was very clean with a nice view across the street. Too bad DQ was closed for the season. The snowmobile trail was about a 1/2 mile away. Was able to ride down the streets to the trail. Appreciated the Kuerig. Easy in easy out.Thank you!

Very friendly host and home was cozy and clean! Very nice!

The house worked out great for us. The parking was adequate a little tight for two large trucks and two 4 place snowmobile trailers but we were able to make it work. The owner also offered us parking next door that we didn't end up needing. The alley was nice to get close to the snowmobile trail.

Went up for snowmobile trip and plenty of room for parking and located in good location for riding out town and inside of the house very clean and worked out great for us

The property was clean and spacious. Everything was as advertised. We didn't need to communicated extensively with the host but when we did the response was prompt. It's on the main highway through town, but was surprisingly quiet in the bedrooms, which are at the rear of the house. Overall a great place to stay!

Great location! With in close range of pictured Rocks boat tour and downtown shops etc.very clean and comfortable. We reallt enjoyed the welcome flowers!

While this little home was a bit closer to a busy road than I realized when I booked, it fit our needs well. We could happily have stayed longer.

Carpentry is off a bit. But it was pleasantly comfortable. Well worth it.

We stayed here to celebrate a 40th birthday, the house was very clean and within walking distance of many restaurants. We scheduled a pictures rocks kayaking tour and it was a very short drive as well as to the national park. I would absolutely book and stay here again! Thanks again for a fantastic visit and stay!

It was exactly what we needed when we needed it!!

We walked in the door and fell in love with this home. It looks like it was just built. Clean, spacious, great beds, wonderful kitchen. We were met with a vase of fresh flowers on the table. owner was so accommodating when we needed to shift our days by one day. They took care of everything and told us to simply have a great vacation. Perfect place. Highly recommended. If I go to the UP again, this is the first place i will rent.

House was perfectly located to explore the Painted Rocks National Park.

This house was better than the pictures show! Came home every night after outdoor adventures to a hot shower and comfy beds (more below). Woke up to a home-cooked breakfast prepared by yours truly. Eight foot waves on Lake Superior quashed our boating plans so we took a beautiful 45 minute drive west along the lake to check out Marquette. The futon was a little small for two adults so one slept on an air mattress that we had brought with us. We rent two or three vacation houses a year - we always pack an air mattress, my favorite big pot, a sharp kitchen knife and a little cutting board. You probably have your own list. We plan to come back to Munising to get out on the water for the best view of Pictured Rocks - hopefully this house will be available when I book that trip! I rent two or three houses a year for family vacations. I read all of the reviews (especially the lower scores) and I study the photos carefully. I often send questions to the hosts before booking. I am sharing all of this because I want you to know that

This house was perfect for a vacation in Munising. Great location - walk to lake, cruise, shopping, dining. House was SPOTLESS - one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. House exactly as described. Nice outside space. great sized rooms. Highly Recommend this place!

This property was a perfect home base in Munising. We were able to walk to the pictured rocks cruise, get lunch, and just enjoy town. The bedrooms were spacious and having an en-suite was nie. Recommend this property to couples coming to Pictured Rocks!

Not only does The Brick (who doesn’t love a home with a name?) have a great location, but the host, Jim, was very accommodating when some issues arose for us en route to our Munising vacation.

Very well equiped with lots of games. Great fenced back yard for furbabies. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Small view of the water. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition as there is no air conditioning. Opening the windows worked well as it was not too hot during our stay.

This place was clean and perfect. Great for a family!
