Perfect 2bd Suite w. Porch, Near King Street!

Spotless, excellent location, well appointed, newly renovated 2 story house. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice linens provided, as well. Easy walk to all kinds of shopping and dining. Parking for upstairs unit is off-site but only 2 doors down; we could see our car from a bedroom window. Don’t judge the beauty of this place based on some of the surrounding structures - it really is a great place to stay! Highly recommend.

Someone tried to break into a car across the street at 1am and a fight broke out. Cops showed up 15 mins later. We were really scared. I expected the area to be nicer but hard to tell from the pictures. Our first time in Charleston, so wasn't familiar with the areas. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with small kids. The house inside was nice and clean and well put together though.

Inside is really nice and looked exactly like the pictures. It’s just off kings street and a easy walk to everything. However, some of the other holmes in the direct vacinity look a little run down and there are some empty lots near by. That can make people feel uneasy about the location. That being said, I never once felt unsafe.

We thoroughly enjoyed being able to walk to some great restaurants (Leon's and Jack's Tavern), and breakfast places (The Daily). The information provided in a binder on the coffee table was really helpful. And the restaurant recommendations (Husk, The Park Cafe) were fantastic. David was super helpful and responsive. The beds were comfortable. And it provided our family of four, a nice respite in the evenings to recharge from daily site-seeing.

Very comfortable beds. Clean and well decorated space. The neighborhood is a bit transitional though easy waking distance to the northeast end of King St. As of March 2026, construction noise started at 5:30a everyday, not 8am as described in the listing. Also, the toilet basically worked but required some attention to get it to flush correctly. Property manager was responsive and communication was easy.

I know you can't help it but the construction across the street was very loud. It distrubted our sleep and made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the porch was unusable because it was covered in dirt from the construction as was all the railings and stairs.Finally, the toilet did not work well.

Can’t beat this location! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

The unit was amazing. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Parking was around the corner but wasn’t a huge issue. The area where the unit was located in was not very desirable and is my only complaint. If this unit was in a different part of town it would be perfect. Communication with host was prompt and responsive. Our overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely visit Charleston again.

Overall it was a great experience, and only had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the landlord. The listing was updated about the construction so we expected that but it was loud so be cautious if you have light sleepers. The street was also closed most of our stay and the water was shut off for a short period one day, but that was not known to the owner and they quickly spoke with the construction crew to ask when it would be back on which was great to see the quick action. The only issue we had was the comforter/sheets were really disgusting so we had to request new ones, which the owner quickly got them swapped out. Just was not expecting a cleaning company to use a comforter with a giant stain on it. Other than that the house was great and the host was responsive and helpful!

This property was beautiful and well situated right off of King Street. Great weekend!!!

Freeway was behind us and major construction out front. Street blocked off during the day due to the construction. Noise all day and the condo sometimes shook. Gas was turned off first night and throughout next day so no hot water to bathe and no cooking. Owner returned half of cost. Vrbo returned nothing.

Great location in downtown Charleston, walking distance to just about everywhere. Just be aware that with the city comes noise.

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston but i think this property needs a better disclaimer and we also had a couple issues with our stay.1. The property is located close to the freeway and the noises are quite loud.2. There is a major construction project happening across the street that begins there work at 6:30am each morning. It is very loud as well.3. When we arrived our parking spot was taken and we were directed to block in the vilolating car if we wanted to. This is an issue for the property management and not to pull a guest into the situation.4. The refrigerator broke half way through our stay.

Beautifully decorated upstairs rental. Close to businesses and restaurants. We were there during major construction across the street which started at 7 am daily. Downstair tenents were loud and inconsiderate.

This apartment is comfortable and in a great location. It is decorated nicely and has everything you need. It's on the second floor so be prepared to cau your luggage up, and the parking is a couple houses away.Parking you're not prepared

Location is nice as it’s off the main strip. Does make for a lot of walking. Overall, nice place

This place is really cute. Everything was as it was pictured. Not too far off the beaten path.

4 of us stayed at this apartment and we truly had the best time. We could walk just about anywhere from it, and it was also clean and adorable.

Upper unit conveniently on king street which makes everything walkable. The two bedrooms with a tv in each make it great for two couples. The units accommodations are more than enough for an extended stay (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, pots/pans, etc). Host accommodated dropping luggage early which was very helpful. Would recommend checking out if you have a smaller group and want to be walking distance to places.

Cozy upstairs 2-bedroom apt in a convenient location just off King Street. Reserved parking fairly close. Comfortable and quiet. All the basics needed for a couple of day visit.

Wonderful location and very nice place!

The apartment is very well decorated and maintained. Extremely clean. Very close to King street. We enjoyed using the bicycles to explore around the market area. We reached out to the owner 2 times and received quick replies both times.

A friend and I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time! Excellent location/walkability to downtown Charleston. Plenty of great coffee shops around. Clean and comfortable spot! Incredibly easy check in/checkout process with great instructions! Would stay again!

Great location on upper king next to famous dive bars, restaurants and just outside of the noise on king street. Highly recommend
