Host was super to work with - super accomodating at our very favorite beach house!! We love this home so pleasantly settled at on the coast.

I stayed here with my family for my 53rd birthday trip. It was exactly what I wanted... a cozy place with amazing views. I could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. From Coffee on the deck and watching the sunrise to being lulled to sleep at night by the waves crashing on the rocks..... it was perfection. I loved every minute of our stay.

Another great trip to “Perched on the Beach” - relaxing, great location, lovely weather for long walks on the beach and terrific sunsets and early morning sun rises. Can’t wait to go back next year for our sixth time there!

We’ve been staying at this same rental over ten years. It holds so many memories with our kids over the years. We are blessed to have continued this summer vacation tradition, now with grandkids. Thank you Eric for making our stay another memorable one.

this is our third or fourth stay at Perch and, as always, it was clean, well-stocked, and lots of fun! the beach is super close and we used the kitchen to make several meals. we'll be back next year!

I stay in the Galveston area every summer. This was the first time I walked into a house and didn’t need to do any touchup cleaning. Everything that I needed was there and more. The location was a little questionable but after staying a few days, I will come back again and again! The views were amazing. The sunrises spectacular. It really was and is a 5 Star place.

We went to this beautiful beach house with family. Everyone had the best time! Fabulous view and the house is loaded with any amenity you would need. We look forward to coming back again!

The views are wonderful- the sounds-the views are fantastic. House was clean, cared for, well equipped. Furniture covers had light stains and bedding light wear but all very user friendly and comfortable. One bathroom more standard size and the other small but nice to have a second bathroom. Neighbor across the street was very unfriendly. She yelled at us to not come near her property including standing by the waters edge on the rocky border to view the ocean. Any time we walked outside our home she immediately came out with her dog. Our home lost power our final day so we left one day early I enjoyed our stay but I won’t return- the lady and her dog across the street made me very uneasy.

This was our fifth trip to this location. The views are amazing and diverse. Sunrises are only surpassed by sunsets. The owner has been wonderful to work with and very responsive to needs. This trip we got to experience snow on the beach to sunny days on the deck.

Awesome waterfront views and all the necessary amenities made for a fantastic stay! We had one small issue, but the host resolved it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
