kitchen, living area with awesome, comfortable window seat. Sunny
deck. Peeks at the water through the trees. Quiet street, one minute
walk from back shore ocean, ten minute walk to ferry. (The ferry runs
every hour and is a 15 minute ride into the Old Port section of Portland, ME) Cottage

We did not cook much, but it looked like it was well-stocked in terms of cooking utensils, bowls, etc. Furnishings were casual and comfortable. I especially appreciated that there wasn't a multi-page list of instructions for staying and for checking out.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024The house was perfect for our needs! The spacious loft was great for four teen boys, the beach was a very short walk just down the road, and the back deck and hammock were great for relaxing in the afternoons. Communication with host Megan was easy. Would recommend!

Quiet at night to sleep and close walk to Sandy beach and quick zip to Hannigan’s grocery or dock to meet guests if needed!-Love love loved this place! -P.s.-Meghan & Chuck are wonderful people to interact with & so thankful for them both!!!❤️???

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Recently stay at this cottage for the wedding of one of my oldest friend’s children. The family has lived on Peaks for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the island. This cottage was ideally situated and outfitted to serve as our base for the weekend. Comfortable and clean and close to everything. Owners were friendly and great to work with. Highly recommend the cottage.
