The location was perfect and it was super easy to check in and check out with all the things we needed! Very clean too!

Very comfortable and roomy home. We hope to book again in 2026.Only thing I will mention is the “grab bar” in the bathroom is loose. Not that we were in need of it, my husband just happen to notice it wasn’t as secure as it should be.

Great space for our stay. Parking and accommodations were as described and the communication w the host was ideal.

Very nice place. Clean & easy access to property. Parking can be a bit tight if you have a couple vehicles.

The house was in great shape. It was in a good neighborhood and we truly enjoyed staying there. We sat out on the front porch and relaxed.

Nice house and location.

The location of the house was great. The neighborhood was quiet and had sidewalks to walk on. We took the trail from the house to Conservancy park. The scenery was beautiful; walked along the Roaring fork River. The house was spacious for 6 people. The room in the basement was nice with a couch, television and sauna. We didn’t use the room.House does need updating. The front porch needs paint, new carpet throughout house. The front porch had chairs which we spent time enjoying the scenery.Location was close to downtown Glenwood springs.We were under the impression that there was a renter in the basement. That was no problem. But there was more than one individual. We notified the property owner that there was a party underneath the bedroom windows at 11;30 pm. We were unable to sleep. As soon as we notified him, he contacted them and the problem was solved. We appreciate how quick the property owner took care of the situation. We enjoyed our visit .

Check in was seamless! Everything was perfect. I have to say this is the best VRBO we have had the pleasure to stay in! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful leaving great quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Lots of towels - everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect location for our quick family trip to Glenwood Springs. The house was in a quiet location but close to all the activities we had planned. The beds were comfortable, the house had great amenities and James was a fantastic communicator. Will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Glenwood Springs!

The house has just about everything you may need during a vacation stay. It’s located about 10 minutes drive from Glenwood Springs and 50 minutes from Aspen.

Comfortable beds and kitchen completely furnished. Close to town in a nice neighborhood.

We had two families staying here and it was the perfect property for us. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning, as the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary needs. It's close to the nearby attractions in downtown as well. The host even came by with a pack n play when one of the families forgot theirs. Over the top hospitality! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly what we were hoping for, it is close to town for dining and activities. We also loved all the walking paths throughout the neighborhood. We did not have a ton of extra time as we were visiting for soccer, but we made good use of the wonderful property. My kids all very much enjoyed staying there and did not want to leave, even to go to the pool.

The property was nice, clean and had plenty of supplies. Check out was a breeze, most properties I’ve visited have a ridiculous cleaning process. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean and quiet house. The beds were comfy, everything was as advertised. Would stay again. James was a great host he returns messages promptly and politely.

Awesome place, Awesome hosts….highly recommend. We were in town for an event and were looking for a place for us to stay that had plenty of room to spread out and this home was perfect! On top of that communication with the hosts was fast and easy…. Thanks James, Carly and Jon for a great stay! When we are back in the area again with the family and need a place to stay we would love to stay again!

Easy access to golf and all Glenwood has to offer. Wish the kitchen was stocked with basic amenities such as oil and tupoerware and Saran Wrap. But great place to stay. Clean and comfortable.

This was a great place to stay and celebrate a family members birthday. We enjoyed the home and all it offered for our stay. James the host replied to all my questions promptly and the location was near places and things we wanted to do in Glenwood. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
