Peaceful Home by the Spings

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Would come back. Just not alot to do, only drawback.

The photos do not represent the current condition of this property. The furnishings and linens are shabby and soiled. Mismatched, bleached and stained towels and stained pillow protectors. Only one queen bed had a matress protector. The coffee machine did not work and there was no kettle (listed in amenities and visiblein the photographs). The manager replaced the coffee machine on the penultimate day of our 6 day stay. A pool is listed under the amenities at the property but there is no pool. There was no hairdryer (listed in amenities) but there was a large tube of personal lubricant in a drawer. The laundry room is shared with the adjoining unit which has access from its kitchen - whilst the laundry door has a lock, upon entering, it was disconcerting to find myself a few steps from other people preparing a meal. This was not clear from the property description and had I been travelling alone, would not have been an acceptable arrangement or felt safe enough for me to stay in the property. The property is not private - it is partly shared.

Clean and roomy! Very close to mineral springs. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Plenty of sleeping accommodations.

Loved the quiet,spacious, we'll equipped home with personal laundry facilities. Near shopping, services, beaches and parks. Would like to return next year!

We stayed the month of February 2023 and had a great experience. In a residential area, very convenient access to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Family oriented

This was our first time using Vrbo. It was great! The pictures were accurate and the house was spotless. We had an issue with the AC and within an hour (4th of July 9:30pm) the problem was fixed. We would definitely stay here again.

Manager was quick, efficient, friendly and caring. Quiet location and home (duplex) had ample space which could have slept many in addition to having nearly everything needed, including commercial sized washer/dryer. Plenty of quality linens, towels, outside and beach chairs, and a beach “tent.” The Gulf is only a 20 +/- min drive to numerous beaches and there are numerous performing arts centers within a reasonable distance. On the downside, a non-insulated door separated the two units and it was advertised with a pool which there was not, however, Warm Mineral Springs is within walking distance. We were very pleased with this facility although homes at the start of the street did not give a good first impression.

Duplex is as shown in pictures. Clean space with large living area in the back. More than enough room for my husband and I. Laundry is shared with other duplex unit. Nice appliances and many cooking utensils to cook or grill. Host was exceptional at answering questions.

Booked this home for my parents. They loved everyday of their stay. The home was very clean, had everything you needed for a 3 week stay. Very convenient location. The owners wore every nice and responded quick if you had any questions. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit this area.
