Welcome to Sengekontacket Community where youll enjoy easy access to all three down-island towns & beaches. From within the neighborhood youll access to one of the best saltwater ponds on the island, tennis, and plenty of walking, hiking, and biking trails.

This three-level home offers plenty of room for relaxing. The first-floor includes the main living space with lots of natural light, a half-bath, and a large deck overlooking the woods. The second floor includes a queen bedroom with a large closet and a shared full bath. The third floor includes a full-size bed with cubbies for storage and a desk. The third floor room is considered a loft and has three enclosed walls. Due to the open-style staircase we do not suggest access for young children just learning to crawl & walk. The loft is an ideal work-from-home space if that is of interest.

The home has mini-split air conditioners in each room that run very efficiently to keep you cool. The downstairs half-bath has a full-size washer dryer.

Youre welcome to bring your own kayak, canoe, or paddle board and keep it down at the access point during your stay. We have spent many a vacation day in the neighborhood on the water, playing tennis, walking, and biking.

Covered parking for one car is located on ground-level under the house. There is covered outdoor storage for your bike & beach gear and we have a small selection of gear for renters to enjoy.

We rent the home in 2 week increments and are able to be flexible with arrival & departure dates.
