Everything was clean. Easy to find. The location was perfect for visiting our family.

The property was exactly as described and well looked after. The hosts have thought of everything you can imagine, it is very well appointed throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was in a convenient location in a modern neighbourhood with easy access to the freeway. The backyard furniture and game set were great and the built-in BBQ was put to good use. Like other reviewers, we would definitely stay here again and appreciate the hosts having this lovely home available. Host communication was really excellent as well throughout.

I’m actually writing this review while we’re still staying here, because I didn’t want to get caught up in the busyness of life and miss the chance to share how much we love this place. From the moment I walked in, I knew we would like it… and absolutely love it.We’re here while moving our daughter out of Grand Canyon University, and this home has been everything we needed. It’s immaculate—truly spotless. Not a single crumb or hair anywhere. It smells fresh, feels incredibly clean and safe, and has made our entire family feel at ease. Each bedroom has its own TV, which made it especially comfortable for our kids.On a past trip, we stayed at the Embassy Suites, which was twice the price and a huge disappointment—musty-smelling room, broken AC, and bugs in the replacement room. That experience pushed me to look for something better, and I’m so thankful we found this VRBO. It's not only more affordable but far more peaceful and welcoming.As a mom, finding a place that doesn’t break the bank but still gives our family a relaxing, anxiety-free stay means so much. If any of our other kids end up attending GCU, I already know this is where we’ll be staying again. I’m genuinely grateful to the hosts for creating such a welcoming space. Highly recommend!

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this lovely property. Danny and Stella are wonderful hosts. The house has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of linens and a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is freeway close so made getting to any Spring Training game easy. Thank you for making our trip extra special.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property owner provided a lovely space and an abundance of supplies. There was great bedroom space, a well-stocked kitchen, nice backyard and amazing barbecue area. One slight drawback: wish we would have had access to a garage door opener but we understand the problem of replacing that device.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean and had all the amenities we needed! The weather was too hot to use the patio but it was lovely. Had coffee in the early morning out there! The house was easy to get to and so was the grocery store. The host responded promptly to a question we had! We loved our trip and would book this property again!

Staying at the house felt like staying with family -- not a typical short-term rental. The house was spotless. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the furniture was comfortable.
