Park Street Cottage - 5 bdrm/4 bath - North Downtown

Really incredible house with plenty of space. Parking is the only issue there which makes it tough.

The house was spacious and very well outfitted in both the kitchens and all the bathrooms - very appreciated. There was plenty of room on the three floors of living space for 6 adults and 5 kids between 12 and 9 months. It was also great to have three king size beds and, if you like foam top mattresses, the beds are comfortable. Communicating with the host was good.

The location was conveniently close to just about anything you would want to do in Charlottesville, the accommodations were just perfect for a larger group. Very comfortable and clean with great attention to detail and some very special amenities you don’t find at most VRBO‘s. Definitely a top place to stay in Charlottesville!

Our family loved our stay—everything was just as described, and even better in person. The space was welcoming, clean, and perfect for relaxing together after all the wedding activities.

The property was perfect! We were in for my son’s wedding. The property accommodated all of us! Great gathering place! Very clean, ample parking, easy access to everything. Wonderful place! Picture of the groomsman in the beautiful backyard!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this roomy, well-appointed property. It met all our needs and was a great location, very convenient to downtown and the many short day trips we made to Monticello, Montpelier, and Pippin Farm vineyards. The area has so much to see and this home was a wonderful place for us to enjoy the Greater Charlottesville area. We hope to return.

Perfect stay! Centrally located and house had all we needed.

Clean, well stocked, lots of room and a great backyard. Close enough to walk or take cheap Ubers everywhere in Cville.

Our family stayed here while attending & participating in our Granddaughter's wedding. Traffic coming in was always congested due to road work, but house was fantastic and worked well for us in accomodating my handicapped husband. All rooms were very spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Stairways going to upper floor was a bit steep and narrow, but otherwise house was perfect for our needs.

Family members from Hawaii Boston California and New York to attend wedding. House was clean and had everything you need. Made our family get together wonderful. We had one problem but host was very responsive and had it quickly fixed

The house was beautiful with charming details--stained glass, arches, built in wood cabinets. It was the perfect home base for our son's wedding in Charlottesville. We had multigenerational occupants from ring bearers (6 and 10) to grandparents. The upstairs was a great family suite area and in the evenings we enjoyed the back porch firepit. very spacious and nice fit for a group

Very modern, clean house with ample amounts of space. Great communication from the host and thorough instructions for check-in and check-out.

We had a group of 8 stay for the weekend and the house was a good size. Noise machines in every room was a nice touch and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The property was a shortish walk to downtown or a quick Uber ride. The home was in a quiet spot too. We did have a small issue and the property manager took 5-6 hours to respond. It wasn’t anything we couldn’t handle ourselves but a quicker response during the stay (or a number for emergencies) would’ve been helpful.

The Park Street cottage was the perfect place for our girls’ trip. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked really well, and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely look to rent again on our next trip to the area.

We stayed at Amy’s house for a friends weekend and it was the perfect place for it! Tons of rooms, lots of cooking spaces, and a cozy living room area to hang out. Location is very close to downtown, Monticello and other locations. Highly recommend!

We had a large group staying here for a wedding in town and everything at the house was wonderful. Plenty of space, accurate to the listing, and great communication from the host.

We were all thrilled with how stunning the property was! The pictures do not do it justice. A beautiful mix of original features and modern updates. The house had so much space and everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Host was quick with communication. Location is a short, very cheap, Uber into downtown. We will for sure be staying again!

The home was very spacious and plenty of beds, linens and kitchen supplies. There were ants and termites visible. The inside is well maintained however the outside is in need of repair and paint. Mold was visible and the deck was not usable.

Everything met and in fact exceeded expectations! A really wonderful place to host family and friends for our daughter’s wedding celebration!
