Outstanding location with about a 50 yard, 1 -2 minute walk to beach and places to go in town. My recommendation would be to add a 2nd refrigerator. For a house with 7 bedrooms that should be a must. Also be aware that unlike most other houses, this house only has 1 small balcony that big enough for about 3 people.

Pros: clean, new, well stocked kitchen with quality cooking utensils and variety, great location to walk to beach or bars, did not use pool, a nicely decorated, impeccably clean, none of the rundown beach house things, could use some beach toys in garage as some beach houses offer, beds were soft but all linens and pillows were quality and clean. Living room was cozy and comfy with nice furniture and clean. Cons: Not great sound barrier between the two floors so the downstairs can hear very doorstep and bed creak in the room above, but nothing a sound machine can’t fix. drier was very noisy but worked fine and maintenance said they’d take a look. Needs an extra beverage fridge -even a mini fridge next where the trash is,

Stayed here to go to the beach / downtown. Great VRBO. Easy checkin and place was clean. Would stay again.

They won't give you access to the property when it's ready, and the staff seems to take pleasure in delaying your entry.This year, after the house sat cleaned, maintenanced and inspected for hours, Island Realty still wouldn't give me.the access code. After waiting until 4PM, I stopped by to pick up entry package but entry code was cut out! I was told I would receive an email with the entry code, which I never received. Finally had to send someone back to the office to get the code. I've rented through Island Realty several times.Always a hassle to get into the property! In spite of being a nice house to rent, Island Realty always gets my vacation off to a bad start!

We enjoyed a wonderful week of family, sun and fun on the IOP in July 2024. The house was perfect for our family, plenty of bedrooms, walking to shops, food and the beach.

The house needs to be completely updated. The AC units don’t cool to keep up with the outside temperature. I believe the units are too small to accommodate this size of a home.
