A cozy, immaculate home. From the blankets, to the books and games, to the fireplace, to the decor and other amenities… our family of four loved this home and hope to be able to return again someday for another stay. A great place to disconnect and relax. We enjoyed the views of the valley, the trail system around the house, the proximity to Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Adventure Park, and the all comfy furniture. Everywhere we went out for dinner was spectacular, in particular Riviera, Pullman, Hugo’s. Iron mountain hot springs is not to be missed. I’d recommend a day trip to Aspen (an hour away) if you have time. There, John Denver’s Sanctuary is an easy stroll and so serene. Thank you Andrea for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

This house is fantastic. Beautiful views, first of the city lights down the hill and then of the mountains! Very well equipped kitchen and house supplies. Easy access to town and highway. Quiet street. Fun games throughout house. Comfortable sitting areas inside with gas fireplace adding to warmth on the first floor.

This house was wonderful, fully equipped with all the needs. Its layout is very comfortable when having several couples, with individual bedrooms and on-suite bathrooms. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mountains or playing a good game of cards or playing pool.

Our family of 8 stayed in this beautiful spacious home for 3 days and enjoyed rafting the Colorado and swimming at the Glenwood Hot Springs pool. Both were within a 5 minute drive. The grandkids really loved the walk-out basement with the big screen tv, pool table, and kitchen . It was nice to have two gathering areas.

This is a beautiful home, perfect for our family to meet up and spend the week in Glenwood Springs. Great location, easy access to everything. House stayed cool during the 98* weather. So relaxing sitting out on the deck in the evening with view of town.

Beautiful, very clean home with everything a person could need. Great for groups as there is enough spaces to take a break from everyone if needed. Felt like a very safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a great time. The place was amazing! So very clean, so nice. Our only problem was the water heater needs to be turned down, or make people aware of how hot it is.

This house was everything and more! Great space for everyone and amazing views and location. Glenwood Springs is definitely a hidden gem!

We managed to get out to 4 different ski venues. House was perfect! Loads of space, games and the pool table was a big time.Lovely kitchen with everything you need to cook for a large group.Really beautiful house

My husband and I, along with my brother & sister-in-law and our daughter were lucky enough to stay here during the Christmas holidays while visiting family in New Castle. The house, which is located just west of Glenwood Spring, is lovely and very well maintained - the rooms are spacious, with plenty of space to just hang out - and kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed. Our host was terrific to deal with throughout both our booking process and stay, and had even put up a Christmas tree and decorated the mantle. We enthusiastically recommend this property and will definitely return!

A group of 5 of us stayed here for a few nights this fall. Beautiful comfortable house. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with most of what you need (need a peeler). The pool table was a lot of fun and they have an assortment of DVDs for those of us over 40. The location is central and it’s easy to get downtown. The only downside is the house is on a hill overlooking i70 so there is some traffic noise. It didn’t bother me but it did others. But on the bright side you can see when there’s traffic. Watch out for the hot water. It’s scalding.

We come regularly to leaf peep, hike and enjoy the springs. We cannot say enough positive things about this home. It is spacious amd across the street from a golf course for my husband. Always clean and comfortable. The basement is a whole other home if you have two families. Dor us it is just perfect. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. We will continue to stay here

This place was a great place for our family getaway. The were only six of us, but we all had our own space. Great centralized location to Meyne activities in the area. We had a great experience and were able to cook many meals on site rather than eating out all the time. I would recommend staying here.

This house is almost perfect! There is room for all our family. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of pots, pans and baking items, as well as, herbs and spices. The front patio is perfect for evenings outside. This is our third year here and we hope to be back next year!
