Mike and Deb are exceptional hosts, kind and accommodating. They kept us well informed and they response very quick and timely manner. Super clean, quite, secluded and everything you need for a exceptional peaceful relaxed family holiday. We loved the place, booked for 2 nights, wish we could stay at least a day longer. The beach just steps away, you can see and hear the roaring ocean, plenty of parking at least for 5 cars. We will definitely come back. Thank you Mike and Deb.

We loved our stay at this beautiful house.It is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable and the space is generous and perfect for both group social time and individual downtime.The view is gorgeous in the daytime and for sunsets, and the proximity/easy walk to the beach made this house the perfect jumping off point for long walks on the sand.Deb was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Loved interacting with her. We would love to come back.

This was one of our favorite houses we've ever stayed in and my kids did not want to leave. The beach was so close, uncrowded, and even had great places to go tide-pooling. The house was stocked well, had comfortable beds, and the view was everything we could have hoped for. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The beach house felt less curated and more like home, very cozy and inviting. Beach access was very convenient. We didn’t cook but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. The rooms were very comfortable.

Perfect house for a family get together that spanned multiple spots up and down Carnahan Rd. Beautiful spring day spent out on the awesome deck!

The home was perfect for our girls weekend celebrating friends. We had 8 adults with room to spare. Easy access to the beach & a beautiful beach at that.

Everything about this stay was fantastic!! Our hosts clearly take pride in keeping their home warm and welcoming and in good order. The beds were all comfy; outfitted with nice linens and comforters. The kitchen had everything we needed and we did cook most of our meals. The view is fantastic and beach access is super easy. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Cannon Beach is easy to get to for shopping and places to eat - we loved everything about it. If you're looking for something close to the beach and for peace and quiet - this is it! Our group is hoping to come back.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 11. They have absolutely everything there for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The beach was literally across the very private and safe street.Excellent communication.We'd love to come back!Our family had so much fun!

This is a lovely property with a good view and beach access just a few properties down a road whose only traffic is residents. The house feels like home. All of the little details like kitchen appliances (small/large) and utensils have been considered. There were spices available, not just salt and pepper. It is very easy to make your meals in the great kitchen where the window over the sink has an ocean view of the ocean. The bathrooms provide tissues not just toilet paper. There are plenty of towels. The 4 bedrooms have soft pillows and warm blankets on comfortable beds. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful stay we had! The house is light and bright with huge windows and a nice deck to take in the view! The house was well stocked with everything you could need, including beach chairs and even a card table for games or puzzles! You can tell the owners care that you have a good time during your stay! They even checked in via the app to see if we needed anything or had any questions.We didn’t want to keave!We will be back!

Wonderful location, wide open full natural light with very nice ocean view. Super convenient walk to beach with so few people. Even got to watch a good sized seal swim up to waters edge and hang out for awhile.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect - close to Cannon Beach for supplies and food, and very close to the secluded beach in Arch Cape for collecting shells and building bonfires. The house accompanied the five of us with no issues. It was comfortable and had a great view morning to night. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook meals and beach amenities were provided in the garage.

Our entire family loved our stay at Arch Cape and the home was perfect for us. Just a short walk down to the beach where the kids gathered sand dollars and walked to the sandstone caves. We loved listening to the waves at night and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from the deck. The house has so many windows that let in the sun and the deck is a great place to end the day watching the sun set over the waves.

Mike and Deb have a beautiful home. It is exactly as described, even better than the pictures. The kitchen had all utensils that we needed to enjoy meals overlooking the ocean. The beach access was just a minute walk from the front door. The beach, especially at low tide provided hours of entertainment for our family. We stayed over the 4th of July allowing us to watch the brilliant fireworks displays from the neighboring homes. The house was a very convenient location allowing us to explore up and down the coast. If our travels take us back to Oregon, we would definitely stay here again.

Hosts were communicative and generous.Little things like bedside tables and reading lights (I know, who reads print anymore!) and covers on pots and pans in cupboard to reduce searching would be nice.Beautiful location between Manzanita and Cannon Beach. Fabulous home and location. Everything you could need.

So close to beach, wonderful view, could hear the waves! Living area spacious, comfy and accomodated the 8 of us very well. Room for.all at the table, kitchen pretty well stocked and cooking tools provided. Beds comfy, plenty of towels, and w/d made.stay restful and easy. The beach is not.crowded so especially pleasant for us with the kids. We had a delightful time!

The house is beautiful and in awesome location. My whole family loved it.

Our family stayed for a week in this home with a fantastic beach and ocean view! The kitchen was fully stocked, the living room furniture was cozy with plenty of seating, the beds and linens were homelike and comfortable and there were plenty of towels and washcloths! The large dining room table was used a lot by us for games and dinners, with a lovely deck and BBQ just out the slider. Access to the quiet beach was just steps away and we explored Hug Point and the waterfalls for the first time. Check in/check out was very detailed and we felt the owners communicated with us on a personal level before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend renting this beautiful home and exploring this beach area.

Enjoyed our stay in Arch Cape. Great open space for gathering on the top floor, Time for games, crafting, conversation with a view over the rooftops of the ocean. Comfortable home, lots of natural light and quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive! Will stay again.

Nice property with great ocean views. Comfy beds, large kitchen with a pantry for food storage. Really nice setup for our multi-generational gathering. Beach was a short walk away. (Only issue: Bunk bed needs a more sturdy rail to make it safe for young ones.)

The house was lovely and the views were amazing! The great room, including dining and kitchen, was perfect for our group to gather for all the socializing we wanted - meals, cards, puzzles, chatting and hours of laughs! The beach was close and we took advantage of it, despite the chilly late September weather. There were a couple challenges. The coffee maker didn’t work. Fortunately the French press did the trick. And the big rug in the foyer slid on the tile. One in our party took a tumble coming down the stairs and slipping on the rug. But those were minor compared to the fantastic property and views. And we truly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. We would absolutely rent here again!

Great house, well appointed, easy access to local manager, easy to contact owner. Great beach with easy access, that was uncrowded. Would have liked a better view of the ocean from the home.
