Beautiful house with everything we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! The host answered our questions in a timely manner.The printed guide in the home pretty much gave us the information we needed to make our stay very pleasant.

Beautiful home

Beautiful, clean, comfortable house with many amenities. We had a wonderful stay. The house being in Arch Cape gives you dining options for both Cannon Beach and Manzanita, but is also well stocked if you want to cook something yourself. The walk to the beach was easy to find. One early morning we were even greeted by an elk who was getting some breakfast from the trail shrubs. He was apparently used to seeing people, as he just kind of watched us walk by - about 20 feet away - while we stared at him in amazement! Beach was awesome and provides lots of beach combing opportunities.

Easy beach access. Hot tub was perfectly relaxing. Very nice and clean house. We had a wonderful time.

While the inside of the house was fairly clean, the outside needed some attention. The hot tub was filled with ant nests along the inside of the cover. Wiping down all outside chairs and tables and door frames would help tremendously. Nothing was usable until this was done. The inside was fairly clean. Room windows could not be opened. Latches were broken and turn handles fell apart when trying to use them. Temperature control in the house was challenging.

I had to wait a couple days after we made it home to leave this review because I find myself still getting emotional about what a wonderful time we had. The location is stunning, the house is immaculate, Mr. Lowe’s labeling system is top notch, and the cd player and dvd setup were exactly what my husband and I needed to unplug from the world. They were so fun to introduce our daughter. Thank you a million times Mr. Lowe you helped us make memories to last a lifetime. Arch Cape is etched on our hearts forever.

House clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, beautiful/calming view. Plenty of room for all of us to be together but allowing spaces for games, TV viewing, meals, hanging out.

This was our second stay at the house, and we plan on staying here when we return again next year! The house is always very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need (even a spice drawer), and the bathrooms are well stocked as well with toiletries. The location is perfect. Always a great stay!

The home was welcoming and beautiful. Views, outdoor space and balconies were outstanding. Home was clean, accommodating and offered quick, easy access to the beach. We had a fantastic time!

This was a wonderful stay for me, my husband and our two children. We met my best friend and her family from the Washington, DC area. The house is well-equipped with everything you need. The back yard space is inviting and cozy for lounging, making S'mores, and hot-tubbing. The kids loved being so close to the beach. We spent a lot of time there. We got two perfect sunsets while there. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Capehaven was a gorgeous home with all of the amenities you could imagine. Plenty of activities for our kids ages 6,11 and 13. The house was incredibly clean and well-stocked, making my trip planning so easy. Arch Cape’s beach is quieter than Cannon Beach, but you’re still close enough to venture to Cannon Beach for the town’s many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our family has stayed here several times. It is an excellent house in an excellent location. Hope to return again.

Beautifully maintained home with lots of coastal charm. Ideal for a large family gathering!

The house has everything you can want, very clean, close to a low population beach, and close to Cannon Beach. The kitchen was the favorite place to hang out. Jacuzzi was hot and clean. Amazing rental!!! I would highly recommend.

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous house with a killer beach view! The walk to the beach is only 2 or 3 minutes...you really can't beat that. The kitchens and bathrooms were better stocked than I've maybe ever had, with decent knives, a respectable stock of seasoning and cooking basics, and even a hot pot. Cons: The house itself was cleaned well, but the hot tub was a bit dirty and underfilled. We took care of it ourselves, but nothing got done by the owners during our 3 days there. Also, it was the 1st time I've had a rental where the check-out instructions required going to a second location (Taking the recycling either back to our home or two a recycling processing center.)

Everytime we come to the coast we will stay at this property. It is beautiful and comfortable.

This property is perfect for a coastal getaway. Has ample supplies for everything you might and is instantly cozy and welcoming. Hot tub set up is beautiful. Staying again in August.

This home was absolute perfection. It was actually a loy more space than our family of four needed. Just a few steps from the beach with stunning views. I was mesmerized watching the waves. We're from Kansas City and had been looking forward to the mountains and beaches and Oregon's beautiful landscape. We ventured into Cannon Beach for food. Our favorite being Pizza Fetta. We found that Seaside had more affordable groceries, Safeway in particular. We checked out the squarium in Seaside, its right on the beach. There you can feed seals and we ALL greatly enjoyed it. They are so cute! I would 100% stay at this house again. It was cozy, but spacious. Overall, a wonderful and happy home!

The house has a wonderful view and perfect access to a quiet area of the coastline. We went on a beautiful hike that was less than a ten-minute drive. The house was clean with plenty of amenities; we loved the hot tub! Also close to Cannon Beach for grocery and bar needs.

Such a warm, inviting home with all the amenities and then some. Great views from the main level and accommodated our family of 5 very well. Would love to come again as the location to the beach was perfect!

The house was absolutely amazing! It looked exactly like the pictures on-line. It was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Very clean. The backyard was amazing. The check in process was so easy. Wish we would have booked the house for longer. Zero complaints!

Great place to stay for a group gathering.

Spacious and comfortable for a sibling reunion! Enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and kayaking! Well appointed kitchen! Loved grilling and dining on the covered balcony at sunset. The backyard fire pit was perfect to end the days with S’mores!!

This home is truly beautiful. I have stayed at many different vacation homes and this one without a doubt is one of the nicer ones. You can tell that the home owner really cares about it. I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband, 3 adult children, and grandchild. There was plenty of space for our group. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. Our family discovered Arch Cape several years back and it never disappoints. No matter the season, it's beautiful and always free of crowds. A short drive to both Cannon beach and Manzanita where there is shopping and many places to eat. This home has really nice views of the ocean and sunset. I especially enjoyed the view sitting at the kitchen island looking out the windows across the kitchen. I would not hesitate to recommend Capehaven. Just a heads up, be sure to read all instructions when you arrive at this property.

We are never disappointed by our stay at Capehaven. So many beautiful outdoor spaces to relax in, in addition to a short walk to the beach!

We loved the location, house was lovely and had everything we needed.

My family and I had the most wonderful time staying at Roberts place. This is our second time with him and it was just as good this time as last year. The place is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could ever want. We even had the opportunity to meet with Robert and his friend And they were so nice . We would definitely Love to stay there again!

The home is wonderfully designed and outfitted for a trip to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The various porches and back yard allow groups to spread out, enjoy the sun or find a place to gather. The beds are comfortable, but it is worth noting that two of them are pretty high and may be tricky for people with mobility issues. The twin daybed and sofa bed are quite firm. The location is the best if you want to be on a great beach away from it all.

The host was very responsive to issues. Location perfect and house was everything we hoped for. I would recommend without reservation. I had problems with VRBO but the host helped me overcome the problem. Thank you Bob

Everything about this property was outstanding. Roomy and comfortable for our family reunion. The well appointed kitchen was especially wonderful as we prepared family meals and had room to move around and visit one another throughout the dinner prep. The outdoor patios and patio dining areas were accessible and comfortable as well. Communication with Bob was easy and clear.
