Extended family from 60 - 87 years old - stairs weren't a massive issue and lots of room for everyone to spread out. Hosts have thought of everything, so comfortable and lovely welcoming touches. Loved the house and hope to be back. Loved the area - a bit biased though. thank you it was all excellent.

Beautiful house, perfect location, great host. If you are after the best then look no further. The house is fully equipped with all that you will need during your stay. 5 min walk to a beautiful safe beach. 20min walk to checkout the seal colony, 15min drive to Portland. It's quite and exclusive location on top of a hill with views of the ocean from the lounge, kitchen, and bedrooms. Very spacious space, Coffee machine with Coffee beans supplied by the host. Hayley (the host) obviously knows her business and is a perfectionist. All the bedrooms include heating and cooling, bathrooms are generously spaciouse and include all the necessary products. Everyone loved the house and we recommend it highly.

The modern and beautiful house coupled with the beautiful views and experience of Cape Bridgewater made for an unforgettable and amazing trip! Hayley and Martin were great communicators and had a great knowledge on what the guests of their wonderful house would want to know and use. The tablet in the kitchen provided so many great ideas and tips to ensure we were being looked after and had the most amazing experience!

What a fantastic experience. From the photos I was expecting a lovely home but it was even better in real life. The views are spectacular, it is beautifully decorated, clean, excellent facilities and a short walk to the beach. The check in and check out was simple and well communicated I would highly recommend staying and we will certainly be back.

My family and I really enjoyed both the indoor space and the outdoor space this house provides. It was a chilly time of year, though with the outdoor area being enclosed and having a beautiful fire, we enjoyed the whole house. The views are amazing, the local Cafe only 850m away and only a short drive to local shops, we weren't disappointed. The house is full of fantastic amenities and the bathrooms are to die for. The beautiful big bath was a great place to relax for a little alone time. Definitely not a house for children, or those who can't walk up and down stairs as everything is on a different level. That was probably the only drawback that I wish I had of known about prior to booking. As it was cold and wet, using the front door was messy as there are no mats to wipe shoes on and no path to the front entrance. None of this detract from this amazing property and we all had the best family time together.
