Just steps from the gorgeous Palmilla Beach pool, this three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath end unit boasts a scenic entertaining deck with a golf course and marina view that is perfect for afternoon cookouts.

Bright and inviting, the 2,341-square-foot floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, a luxe all-suite layout, and a convenient private garage.

As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned nine-hole golf course.

LIVING AREA

Natural light fills the inviting living area, detailed with a Smart TV, SONOS sound system, and two comfortable cloud sofas.

KITCHEN & DINING

Indulge your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, configured with ample quartz counter space, gas cooking, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then enjoy a home-cooked meal at the live-edge wood dining table for six.

BED & BATH

This three-story rental accommodates eight guests between three suites and a queen sleeper sofa in the top-level bunk room.

Sleep soundly in the roomy primary suite, appointed with a king-sized Casper mattress, a Smart TV, SONOS speaker, and a private covered balcony. The en-suite bathroom with a partial ocean view has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet.

The second suite includes a king-sized Casper mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Occupying the entire top floor, the expansive bunk room features a fun living area with a Ping-Pong table, a Smart TV, SONOS speaker, an Xbox One and wired with an ethernet port for your own gaming system. Sleeping space includes four extra-large twin-sized Casper mattresses the bunk beds and a queen-sized sofa sleeper, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a separate double vanity.

A half bath on the main living level provides added convenience.

AMENITIES

Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The home location was great within the Palmilla community with great access to the pool. The bunk room was loved by the kids while parents could enjoy their coffee downstairs with a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The decor and home was beautiful and clean. We would stay here again.

    We have stayed at Sonador before and it's the only place we would stay while visiting Port A. This home is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and the beds are super comfy.     Everything about this house is fantastic. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. The upstairs bedroom/living room/game room is great for kids or teens. We enjoyed a cocktail on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen is well-appointed. Definitely a house worth staying in!

    We loved the house and location! Loved that there were 2 rooms with king beds (each on separate floors) and then there was another room on the third floor with bunk beds and a ping pong table for older kids! Perfect location on the golf course (can see 2 holes)… comfy couches and super clean. I will say with an agency, it will be tougher getting an early check in as they send someone for inspection much later than the cleaners leave - unless maybe there is no one staying there the night before. Don’t count on an early check in which is a nicer feature with privately run vacation rentals. Vacasa manages lots of places in the area and they do an excellent job - this is the only real negative.

    This house is amazing. Located so close to the pool, and Black Marlin. The home itself was great as each bedroom has it's own floor (3). The ping pong table was a TOTAL HIT! We would stay in this same house again. Decks were nice for viewing the sunset (over the golf course) and the house had everything - boogie boards, volleyball, sand toys. Thank you Sonador and staff and see you again soon!
