WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF POOL



The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the pool on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the pool and/or property caused by the guests.



Guests further agree that everyone using the pool will shower and clean feet upon use.



Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the pool.



No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the pool. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the pool, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.



Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the pool. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the pool. By using the pool guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the pool, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.



Vehicles

The maximum number of vehicles that may be located at a residence between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. shall be limited to one (1) vehicle per approved bedroom or one (1) vehicle for every two and one-half (2½) people allowed under the maximum overnight occupancy.

    This property was better than anticipated. It's located in a beautiful neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach. The home is beautiful with an excellent layout. We really appreciated the spacious bathrooms with amazing showers. The beds are also wonderful and very comfortable. Brandon, the host, is exceptional. Fantastic, brief and precise communication.....answering every question in detail. Having a host that is so dedicated to pleasing his customers was extremely refreshing. We really appreciated Brandon's professionalism and recommendations about the area. I recommend this property with all of my heart.
