Really nice place, quiet and just a cool place to stay

Nice place and good host.

Such a cozy cottage with everything that you need. Thoughtful attention to details such as TP, paper towels, coffee and such made us feel right at home.

The house as always was fantastic, great location, owners are very responsive!

Enjoyed our stay at Palm Key, it was a good drive to Charleston and Folly Beach. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of this cottage. It is so nicely decorated with coastal charm, so warm and inviting.The kitchen was nicely stocked. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very understanding that we accidentally packed one of the TV remotes! (We shipped it back!) We will definitely choose this cottage again and highly recommend for a couple or small family.

Kim and Lee are great hosts and their home was exactly as described. They are not only dog friendly, they’re dog welcoming! They have a huge enclosed grassy backyard and have emergency dog food and dog supplies on hand.This was the best “pet friendly” VRBO experience we’ve had.

This property was in the perfect location from everything we wanted to do! Nice and cozy. Perfect for my boyfriend, mom and I. We had everything we needed and the hosts made us feel so welcome. Very clean and organized as well. Perfect spot, looking forward to coming back to Charleston.

The location was perfect - close to the beach and downtown. We found some great local places to eat. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. All the beach items provided were awesome.

This house worked well for our Mom/daughter girls trip to Charleston. There were three of us so it was comfortable. I was looking for something less pricey than the downtown area. We rented a car as it was necessary to drive to the beach, Cypress Gardens, Boone plantation, and downtown Charleston. Had a nice stay and appreciated the updated and well-supplied kitchen for making a couple meals of our own.

My Husband, Mother and I and our Golden Retriever puppy all loved our too short of a stay (3 nights) at this lovely property. Beds were comfy, a fully stocked kitchen (they even had frosted beer mugs ready to go in the freezer) A pitcher of filtered water in the refrigerator. So many thoughtful speacial touches. Our puppy was so happy with the squeaky toys they had and food and water bowls- so nice. He loved them so much I need to find and buy them for him. I am conscientious of toxic harmful products and they even have the Meyers cleaning products that we use at home. Safer than many products on the market.The fenced in yard was perfect for our little guy, and for us. Very organized and doesn’t lack for anything. Just be forewarned, you will feel the need to organize all of your closets, drawers and shelves once you return home!

Close to everything you want to see in the Charleston area.

Charming, cozy property with all the kitchen amenities you would want. We are readers so lighting is important to us. This filled the bill. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the beachy decor.

We are local and needed extra space for family visiting. We were so impressed with the location -quick jaunt to downtown Charleston and Folly beach- and the cleanliness of the home. The owners were fantastic to communicate with, as well. Thanks for a great stay - we will definitely rent again :)

Palm Key was just the place we needed to relax and recharge after a long day of caring for family nearby. It's a cozy home that is very well appointed and quiet. Morning walks through the neighborhood to the marsh were a highlight. Can't wait to return.

Property was exactly as described on the website. The property was extremely clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. No issues at all, great place to stay just outside of the downtown area. Highly recommend this property.

The place is the most stocked rental we’ve had. They thought of everything including beach gear, crib, high chair, dog treats, etc. it was quite impressive. Owners were super nice and responsive. 15min to folly beach and 20 minutes to Charleston. Quiet neighborhood too

We had an excellent stay. We had everything we needed supplied in the kitchen and everywhere. Very quiet house with a nice backyard. Very nicely decorated also Would definitely stay again

We absolutly loved our stay at Palm Key! This was our first time visiting the Charleston area, and we were very grateful for a quiet place to rest after long days exploring the city! The house was so clean and comfortable - and we felt so welcomed by our hosts! The backyard was also a huge plus, since we brought our dog with us. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Palm Key had everything our family could have asked for and some. I have never stayed in a VRBO that was so welcoming, homey, and cozy! It literally has it all. To top it off it’s in the best location on James Island anyone could ask for. The neighborhood is safe and it’s located about 8-10 minutes from the Folly Beach or Downtown Charleston. It had everything you could ask for from baby gear, beach essentials, fully stocked to the MAX kitchen. Kim and Lee were incredibly responsive and even helped us receive a package during our stay there. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone and plan on booking another trip here soon!
