Dan was an AWESOME host. Place was very clean. AC worked great. Garage with opener. Great appliances. Hot Tub was an awesome addition! Highly recommend

Me and my husband spent 4 days at the property with our dogs. It was spectacular to say the least. The property was perfect for us and I can say that my dogs enjoyed it as well, they were so happy with the backyard and it was peaceful knowing that it was fenced in, we could just relax and enjoy.

Dan was very quick to respond, and extremely accommodating. Even let us switch dates! The house was very clean. Not a one complaint.

Stay away! This home needs lots of updating. The kitchen is nice. The bathrooms passable. But the couch and loveseat need to be trashed.The cushions were badly stained and had a bad odor. We contacted the owners the first night regarding the problem. They hired someone to steam clean on the second day. That person expressed that the stains were so deeply ingrained that he could not remove them but at least he could get rid of odor. In addition, the backyard space has been neglected and is uninviting. There is a cracked concrete path to an unattractive grill that is a trip hazard and rotting storage shed that is in full view of the lanaiThe overall maintenance of the outside is very poor and dirty. We did not want to stay so I began a search for another VRBO location. The homeowners were kindly willing to work with us with regard to a refund, but VRBO informed me they considered these conditions minor! If we moved to another VRBO they would not refund their fee nor discount the fee on another property. Although my husband remained-desperate to not be in winter-I left. We later learned that the scratching noises in the ceiling were not squirrels but rats!

The hot tub was very relaxing and we had plenty of clean towels. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. Close to beaches and plenty of restaurants.

We really enjoyed the house / location as well as the fence for our dogs. When I reached out due to no hair dryer they immediately brought one over. Had a small issue with the hot tub leaking and only 2 chairs for the beach. However, those things were communicated and I think they will handle for the next guest. I would definitely stay here again, it’s only 10 minutes to Sharky’s which is so much fun!

Property as advertised. Appreciate the rental allowing pet, our dog(Simba)enjoyed the topical backyard, watching the squirrels , and birds. Provided owner couple observations on areas to be checked by the cleaning crew. Over all the house is a good location, pet friendly, and fully functioning, does needs some addtional maintenance/updating especially on the outside.

This property worked out great for the two of us with our dog. The neighborhood is friendly. The fenced yard was great for the dog, but could have used a night light. This is an older house with some updated features, like the kitchen. The two bathrooms were adequate and clean, but could use some updating. The rear screened in patio was a nice feature, but could have used a more thorough cleaning. The garage was a nice feature and also the included laundry facilities. All and all, we enjoyed being here!

Perfect place to stay for a family. Lots of room. Close to the beach. Having a garage was nice.
