The property was in good location , was perfect for 4 couples with king beds and private bath …kitchen was well stocked and appreciated early checkin and being able to watch Olympics !!! FYI there were small bugs in 2 bathrooms closest to street , parking was tight and advice to try and back in would have been helpful ( no way to turnaround) …

Fabulous place! We were there for a family wedding weekend. Location was perfect to downtown. Agree with others that upstairs can be noisy….not necessarily loud people but you can hear footsteps and movement. Would recommend.

We loved our house in Charleston, SC. The staff was responsive when we messaged them. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as well. However, we did have an issue that was most likely the result of a former guest with pets. Several members of our family were bitten by fleas. The house was vacuumed after we reported this, but we had one more night and didn’t have the option of moving with 9 people. I am sure the house was treated after we left. However I would have preferred a refund of more than 10% of our total payment.

The house was in a great spot in relation to the north end of King Street. Great for a big group as the 4 bathrooms was extremely nice! Overall the home was clean. The host had great communication and answered questions in a very timely manner! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a lovely visit, the house is very Charleston. Every house you visit will have a little slant because of the soil and sea level. Would be a perfect girls weekend house everyone gets their own bathroom :) ! Holy Bagel is literally a few steps away)get there early there will be a line). King street and anything you want to walk to is a few blocks to no more than a mile away. Bring smart shoes…bricks are the norm in many areas for sidewalks. Our A/C dying on one of the last days was the only thing that happened and our great hosts had it fixed by the time we arrived back from a day of Plantation and Angel tree visits. They respond immediately. You can’t ask for more. Thanks for a great college graduation trip for our daughter.

While this wasn't right in historic downtown, it was still walkable to just about anywhere we wanted to go (and we could've taken the free bus). It was nice to have plenty of space for all of us and everything was in good condition. The parking is a little tight but we only drove once and so few other homes had two parking spots to begin with.

This is not a luxury stay, it's fine. Very bare bones, white walls, basic white bedspreads (no fluffy down duvets/pillows), almost no decoration on the walls, pillows don't match couch/room decor well, not the comfiest or nicest living room area, not great natural light in the main area - just TONS in the front bedroom which is right at the street/front porch and gets a lot of street noise. They provide earplugs but that front room is very noisy when people are outside being loud (this is with earplugs and a sound machine) and very bright as sun comes straight in in the morning and streetlights come in all the windows at night even with shutters attempted to close - there are no blackout shades - and that is a totally necessary addition, plus making the living area more comfortable. We had 8 women total so 2 per room, yet the bathrooms stocked only ONE hand towel and ONE face towel per bathroom. Little details like this could be improved and more thoughtful for guests. Overall it worked fine but probably better for a bunch of guys on a bachelor party who don't notice any of this stuff vs women in their 30's or 40's.
