Overlook Cottage, Upscale w/ Off-Street Parking!

Very convenient location to go around Portland and outskirts of the city. Host was very easy to comminicate, helpful & responsive to our needs

Place was great. Walk to several restaurants across the freeway that are excellent.

Liked that there was onsite, reserved parking. Easy walk to the public transit. Plenty of bathtowels, soap, shampoo and conditioner - plus laundry soap.

Was exactly as advertised. Very nicely designed and decorated. Comfortable and had everything available that we needed. Nice neighborhood and owners were easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying there again.

The house is nicely furnished and spacious. Nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Located in a vibrant neighborhood with all you need within walking distance. Excellent host.

The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything to our liking. I highly recommend this property! This property is perfect for my husband and me when we come to spend two weeks each year visiting our daughter and other family and friends. It is close to our daughter, and any convince we need. The little snacks and gifts are excellent.We like Big Foot on the Corner and the ball on the stair postIt's perfect if you have children. They provide everything needed for babies and small children. We will stay again if our daughter still lives where she does.

Fully stocked with all the accoutrements of home

Clean (SO CLEAN!) Stylish-- exceptionally nice up grades. Beds were so comfy. Plenty of linens. The kitchen is very well appointed. We loved the goodies they left for us which were a blessing as we were busy with a UP graduation and not much time to make it to the grocery store. Close to great restaurants. 10 minutes to University of Portland and 15 minutes to downtown (in the other direction). Quiet and safe neighborhood. We wish we could have stayed longer. Complete with guardian Yeti near by. :o)

Lovely, thoughtfully designed home, perfect for our family of 4. We love to cook, had to work a bit and do a little laundry while we were in town -- and this soothing, pretty, spacious, modern space was perfect for all of it (including a pouty teen who needed her space, lol). You will not be disappointed in this rental. It is beautifully decorated and an all around lovely home. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is nicely stocked. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the short commute to the conference venue. We are looking forward to next year's conference and will definitely try to book this home again.

This was not a rental but a home. You felt comfortable from the first step in the door. The cottage had everything you could think of and more. The host Tom was so very helpful and was very quick to get back with us if we had questions. It is set in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we needed. Easy to get to the interstate from the cottage. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Portland.

Very comfortable VRBO. Love the area. Reminds us of our hometown in Akron with the older homes quaint neighborhoods. Beds comfy! Living space perfect! And close to whatever you want to do. Definitely be back! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! This ADU was perfect for us. They left us slippers by the door. We brought our own slippers so we didn’t need them, but how thoughtful. The host also left us a nice basket full of goodies from Oregon! The downstairs had a full bathroom and one bedroom which is where my husband and I stayed. It was pretty chilly downstairs but we found if we closed the bedroom door with the heater on, we got toasty. Upstairs was the kitchen, family room and the other bedroom and bathroom. It was decorated for Christmas which was lovely. The host also left us some Nespresso pods, tea, sugar and creamer. My sister and brother-in-law stayed there and were warm and cozy the whole time. We would definitely book this place again!

We spent Thanksgiving week in this property. It is spotlessly clean and meticulously equipped and decorated! I was able to prepare meals for the week including the traditional Thanksgiving dinner! The location is easy to get to, off street parking is a huge plus! There are restaurants and shopping in the area, but sadly, we did not visit them on this trip. Bedding and linens are fresh, beds are comfortable. The layout is perfect for two couples or a visit with an adult child. We would definitely stay here if in the area again. One of our favorites in years of vacation rentals!

We had a super pleasant stay in this VRBO. Tom was a responsive host accommodating a date change as well as a check-in request. The apartment is newly constructed, very clean, and comfortably appointed in all aspects. We will be back!

We were looking for something centrally located, in Portland, and my wife became enchanted with the cute windows. Our son and DIL live about an hour away, so this was going to be a mini-vacation for the 4 of us. The cottage was perfect, in the perfect and convenient location, and we enjoyed the neighborhood! Really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely try to stay there on future visits to Portland!

We had a girls trip (3 of us) to stay for a long weekend and the accommodations were perfect! Lovely two story cottage with two bedrooms and two full baths. It had all amenities you could need and complementary coffee and tea and gift basket upon arrival. It was a great location to walk or drive around Portland. Very responsive hosts and simple checkout process. Get a pic with the Sasquatch statue at the corner :)

Absolutely fantastic!! Loved everything about this place!! Great location, beautiful cottage, and friendly host. I would totally recommend this place to anyone traveling to Portland! It’s close to restaurants on Mississippi street (12 min walk) and a cute tiki bar The Alibi( 6 min walk) You can get anywhere with the train

This home was just perfect for our group of four. Cleanliness is always our top priority when selecting a place to stay. This home was just perfect-clean, comfortable, beautiful finishes and very welcoming. I cannot recommend this place enough. We loved it!

Interesting and well-appointed unit attached to host’s house. Quiet lovely street in Overlook section of Portland. Full upstairs living quarters with kitchen, living room and master suite and downstairs bedroom, bath and laundry on street level. Host has taken great care to comfortably and tastefully outfit the unit. Four adults worked well in the space, as long as all are able to navigate the stairs. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking if guests desire. Host was communicative and responsive.

The property was lovely, clean, and very comfortable. The extra goodies left in a basket for the guests were an immediate hit with my family. Thank you so much. Communication with the host was excellent, and whenever we needed something, they responded right away. We stayed two weeks and hope to book again when we make our next trip out to Portland.
