Stayed Apr 5, 2026Very nicely maintained home built in the 1960s. Decor was 60s contemporary style, good condition and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glasses and storage containers and updated appliances. The large screened room is definitely a plus, with a TV, seating area, table and chairs for dining and a nice grill. There is also an outdoor seating area with solar torches. The host Lindsey was very nice and made the check-in process very easy. This location is very convenient for beaches, downtown Venice and downtown Sarasota as well as Siesta Key, Casey Key, Gasperilla and Manasota Islands. The only negative for us was the master bedroom has a queen bed not a king as indicated in the listing information. We recommend this property and will stay here again.
