The best equity kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. The entire house was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful setting. Although we didn’t have any pets with us, it was definitely pet friendly.

The house was very roomy and comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We brought our dog and were happy to see there was a fenced-in back area for him to be outside (mostly tiled patio and rock-filled area with shrubs along the fence, protected from the wind).

Stairs are a bit of a pain with toddlers.

My wife and I stayed here with a good friend for 4 nights. The house is lovely. Rick has it equipped with everything you need and is without a doubt the best host we've ever had in a rental. He immediately responds to any email and could not have been more helpful and friendly.The house is beautiful, well kept and in a wonderful quiet location a short walk to the beach down a quiet lane. Face Rock Beach is just up the road and town is 3 minutes away. We have come to Bandon every year for the past 45 years and this was easily one of our best stays!

Great house. Fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels in bathrooms, clean and well-maintained, easy access to the beach. The owner is always pleasant and responsive. Our group of friends have stayed here so many times, it feels like home.

We have stayed here previously and love the house and location. It accommodates multiple family members and our two dogs with a fenced in backyard. The upper sitting area is extremely spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. Beach access is an easy walk.The owner was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend this lovely, spacious home.

We loved our week long stay in Bandon for a work trip! This house met our needs perfectly from the fully equipped kitchen, laundry and fenced yard to the beach access right across the street. This stretch of beach is quieter and more beautiful than others! Having a pet friendly rental for our trip was great, loved the dog towels at the doors and the hoses to rinse paws. We will stay again if in the area in the future! The host was extremely helpful and easy to message with as well. Oh and super fast internet for my partners work calls. We loved it!

The property is spacious and couldn’t be better situated, steps away from the beach. The owner checked in from time to time to make sure everything was okay and we had a very enjoyable stay. Will definitely use this home again on our next visit to Bandon.

Lots of space. Great sunset views. Easy short walk to the beach. Away from downtown so quiet and peaceful. Got a little hot during the day, but we were there during an unusually warm time. Cooled down nicely at night with windows opened and cool ocean breeze. Large open sky windows in the master bedroom and upstairs living area. Owner was easy to work with.

We have stated there before. Hopefully, we will again. Loved the new furniture upstairs. It needed to be changed out. The TV upstairs is too small. Need a larger screen. The master bathroom sink and bath is not draining correctly. We left a note for the cleaning crew.

Home is very comfortable. Quiet location. Nice walk down to the beach.

My family and I enjoyed the stay in Bandon and this beautiful home. This VRBO was a short walk to the beach for morning and evening strolls on the beach. The communication was excellent and the owner provided a list for activities great places to eat. Great experience and will stay here again in the future.

A beautiful, comfortable house with all the necessities for a family gathering. Close to the beach access, beautiful view from the upstairs and deck. Nice quiet area.

Perfect place to stay! Clean. Roomy. Love it!

My husband and our kids took a road trip out to OR where my Aunts lived. We wanted to spend part of the time at the coast and Rick's place was perfect! It had plenty of room to accommodate all of us and our dog. The property is very bright an only a short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend a stay at Pelican Nest!

House was perfect for our family. Everyone said it was the best we have had for our vacations. Rick was very informative and answered all our questions. Very highly recommend this property. Also the short walk to the beach was awesome.

We loved the house. It was bright and roomy. Easy access to the beach. Very easy communication with the owner. The entire ground floor could be accessed with stairs which was a plus for me as I have a disability. Hard to find a home that works for me.

Jeff and Kathy here from Springfield, Oregon. We loved our stay and the home is gorgeous, well maintained and comfortable. There are multiple windows in the house so there is lots of natural light. We were most pleased and recommend this home especially for large groups as there are rooms and beds sufficient to accommodate 10 or more people.

Great location, clear instructions, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get cozy upstairs with the fireplace and large couch while it was raining. The property manager was quick to respond to us throughout the stay.

Great location, beautiful home. Fully stocked, very well maintained and presented. When we arrived water heater wasnt working properly, contacted Rick, the owner, he worked tirelessly to make sure it got fixed same day...the day before Thanksgiving!!! Amazing experience with the property and the owner, great communication, very personable and professional. No complaints whatsoever!! Thank you Rick!!!

We had a great time. The house was clean. It was nice having access through yhe garage. If the weather would have been nicer, we would have enjoyed the deck.

We've stayed at the house at least six times and always love it. Spacious, lots of beds, fully-equipped kitchen, quick walk to the beach, and dog-friendly. The owner has always been responsive and easy to work with.

The location was easy to find, big enough for 8 adults (or more ), lots of decks and patios, light and airy feel, just ideal! Rick was wonderful to work with and made planning this reunion less stressful from more than 1000 miles away.

Enjoyed the beaches near Bandon and coming back to enjoy meals and conversation at the Pelican’s Nest. Fully outfitted kitchen was so nice.

The location of the property was wonderful and there was plenty of room for our group of 10. We also appreciated that there was additional equipment at the house that was available to us, we had a successful crabbing day in Bandon.
