The house boasts views of the lighthouse from the backyard and north-facing windows. It’s the perfect place to kick back and unwind for the summer. It features a screened-in, covered front porch, plus a second-floor porch to catch some sun.Layout: Three bedrooms on the first floor, plus a sitting room and a laundry room. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a private bath. Also on the second floor is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of windows to capture light and views.Beds and capacity: Master bedroom — queen bed. Bedroom 2 — full bed. Bedroom 3 — two twin beds. Bedroom 4 — two twin beds. We can accommodate up to 8 guests.Linens: Tenants must bring their own linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided by the owner.
