Second floor offers spectacular Delaware Bay and Sunset Beach views with a deck, two additional bedrooms, sitting area with a queen size sleeper, bathroom with soaking tub. One bedroom has (2) Twin Beds, Primary bedroom (King Bed) has a small space attached with a twin day bed that offers additional sleeping arrangements. There is NOT a grille, and tenants are not allowed to bring personal grille onsite. Private back yard that opens to the dune system, where wildlife awaits.

Beautiful, well-appointed home located in lovely, quiet, historic neighborhood. Short walk to beach, lighthouse, Audubon center and interesting neighborhood places.
