This desirable upside down home allows for sun filled open space living with a cozy living room, gas fireplace, dining area, and top of the line kitchen with a 5 burner gas stove, dishwasher, wine cooler, and microwave. The counter tops are marble, and the island includes a second sink. The second floor screened-in and covered porch has a unique window system installed which allows for very comfortable use almost year-round and is the perfect, private spot to relax after your day at the beach or bird watching.
