Blue Heron Haven is located on a quiet street - an easy 10 min walk to the beach. The house is located on a no-through street (cul de sac) so no heavy traffic. Great space for kids to ride bikes or throw the frisbee!

When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to everyone staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



Property Access & Maintenance

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.



Pet Policy

This home allows up to 2 dogs, with a $100 pet fee, per pet.
