Comfortable, clean & spacious home for our family of 5. Walkable to public beach access and restaurants. The hot tub was a major hit on a chilly winters day! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals! A wonderful getaway to celebrate the new year!

Very comfortable home, we had every amenity we needed. The beach was an easy walk, although our visit was in Winter, so we made good use of the hot tub. Lots of outdoor deck space. Walking distance to several restaurants. Very dog friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Host was very responsive to messages, made check-in super simple. Beautiful home located just a short distance from the beach. Very close to anything you could possibly need. Stocked with lots of games and plenty of outdoor chairs on the decks for family time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home and Host. Home is cozy and had a laid back feel. Beautiful decor and plenty of supplies to last all week. Host left a book with lots of good notes on favorite Restaurants and local attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house and location are perfect. The owners have it equipped with everything, so it was easy to enjoy our long weekend. It’s a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the house with its multiple decks and the nice hot tub. Our dog was very comfortable here too, and it’s a great neighborhood for walks. I wish we could have stayed longer! I hope to come back soon.

Seas the Day was an amazing place to stay, almost magical. My friends and I enjoyed the decks, all of them. Water pressure was amazing and we had no trouble with hot water. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. Overall, wonderful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Such a wonderful home in a great location!! 3 separate decks to relax on! Well maintained, clean and comfortable. Stocked with bikes, beach chairs and a handy cart for the short walk to beach. Jacuzzi was the cherry on top after long days at the surf. Walking distance to ice cream and restaurants. Can’t wait to book again fur next summer!

This rental was the perfect size for me and my teenagers (16 and 18) and our dog! Everything we could need was in the house! It was an excellent location and close to restaurants, the beach, and we were just a couple minutes from wright brothers national monument. We walked around the park every morning with our dog. The owners are superior and kind and checked in with me during the week to make sure things were okay! The rooftop deck was a favorite place for my morning coffee!

The cottage is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. I would suggest driving to the beach access since it’s a bit of a walk, especially in the heat. Great area to bike ride in, as well. The hot tub was used each day. The outdoor space was perfect for corn hole and the washer toss game we brought with us. The decor in the cottage is cute and the dual deck areas give space to hang out in the evenings.

It was a great quiet areas close to the beach and a great burger joint. It was clean and just an all around great place for my son, mom, daughter, and myself for my daughter’s graduation.

This house is great for the value. It’s a little farther than a 5 minute walk and didn’t have as many beach access roads as areas north of this house. We found if you drive about 1/2 mile to Farris Ave or Prospect Ave there are handicapped ramps to carry beach stuff to beach- the sand gets super hot! This house is centrally located to many restaurants, ice cream shops, and shopping areas. Buffy’s communication was top notch- when we had a small issue she was there to correct it. The property is pretty well maintained and unfortunately it was way too hot to enjoy the hot tub. The kitchen was also very well stocked with all necessities and we loved that the rental included a beach cart, laundry facilities, and beach chairs. I would definitely consider renting from Buffy again!

Everything was wonderful, the house, the description, and she even let us know it was prepared early and we could check in early. We truly enjoyed our stay and, with the rain, there was no problem relaxing at the house instead of going out a couple days.

Lovely house in a neighborhood that is close to many of our favorite places to shop and eat. Nice neighborhood to walk around. There's a beach access within a very reasonable walking distance. Hot tub was an extra added bonus to be able to use.

Well appointed home with comfortable decks and living areas. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants. A little bit of a hike to the nearest public beach access (about 5 blocks) but not really a problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Enjoyed the weather (one day wind died enough to swim), hiked beaches and woodlands. Traveled from Kill Devil Hill to Ocracoke. Great seafood and time together.

This was a great experience for a quick vacation trip.

Seas the Day was the perfect property for us to gather with friends and our fur babies to watch our favorite teams in the tournament. The beach was a short walk away and we enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen and the hot tub! The owners were great and very communicative. We will definitely look forward to coming again!

Great house, enjoyed the hot tub. House is Dog friendly so I could bring my fur baby. There’s a few restaurants nearby that are walking distance so this was a huge plus! House would definitely be a prime location during summertime.

Wonderful stay at Seas the Day! Awesome location, clean, thorough binder with info from the hosts, easy entry and checkout instructions. We loved the hot tub and outdoor shower and made use of the beach caddy and chairs! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house. One thing that wasn’t great was the bed in master bedroom(bathroom in room). The mattress was very uncomfortable and my daughter had back pain . Suggestion to replace the shads: it did not lie flat and much light came through them. Due to this gap between shade and window there was lack of privacy and light coming through interrupted sleep.

This was the third time we have stayed at this house. We like it very much. It is close to everything. Will stay there again.

Seas the Day was aptly named and definitely defined the experience. The location of this house was perfect for traveling both north and south to different locations and destinations. The house itself was perfect size and offered a great quality of options and amenities! This was a great location. The house had everything we needed and more. Close to the beach but also close to so many other places to eat, shop, and explore.

House was great. Under deck outdoor area was fabulous! Hot tub was nice and clean. Outdoor shower and tilt great and handy too. At first glance house looked clean. Surface cleaning of kitchen and barroom looked good. At closer look, sink was gross, utility/fork knife drawer and holder were filthy. Living ro and sinning room windows, cabinets and drawer handles of kitchen were sticky (bad hand prints),bathroom floors and rugs dirty. Keurig had mold in water resivor too. We l ft house cleaner than we food it.
