Stayed Nov 24, 2021Our group of 18 stayed four nights at this vacation rental home. This is our group’s second stay for Thanksgiving weekend. It was great for all of us - adults, teens, and small children. The house has everything needed for your stay. There is a pantry right off of the kitchen that was extremely helpful. The home has two fridges (one in the kitchen and one in the pantry).The furniture and Wifi needs to be updated. The bathroom’s locks need to be fixed (Only the hallway one works). This is our first time that all of the towels and dishes needed to be washed and dried for check-out. Usually, loading all of the dishes into the dishwasher and starting it is fine. However, we usually never need to wash all of the towels. It took us a few hours during the morning of check out. Tammy, the owner, was very nice and even let us check in early. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!

Stayed Aug 5, 2021Can’t beat this house’s location on Oceano Dunes Beach. The sand right outside of the deck is so soft and feels so great on your feet! We had awesome family time playing games on the beach, flying kites, searching for sand dollars and jumping waves!!! The house is a little dated but charming and has everything needed for your stay. It would be a nice upgrade if the house had wifi extenders throughout and upstairs as the signal is really only available in a small area downstairs by the TV and fire place. Also, the master bathroom could use more towel hooks. Please note that the beach allows cars so if you have little ones, it can be a very scary and nerve racking. It’s a totally bummer the kids can’t really run around without parents having to worry about the steady steam of cars driving on the beach. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this rental!
