Excellent home to host a large group. Ample seating couple with open concept layout offers plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. Amazing views of the ocean with the beach being just steps from the house. Highly recommend this location for your next Charleston beach stay!

Great location - walkable to retail, restaurants, Windjammer and beach. Inside of house is very nice with nice set up for a group. Very good communication with the owner. Plenty of parking.Great experience overall.

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen had everything we could ever need and more! House was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were fresh, clean and beachy! We loved every minute of our stay here.

Our stay at the home was very enjoyable. Such easy access to the beach, quick access into town and having beach towels/chairs available to the guests made everything so convenient.

Beautiful place to stay if you want to wake up to ocean waves and the sunrise. Large deck overlooking the ocean - great place to have morning coffee. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!!

The most INCREDIBLE stay! Just what my friends and I needed. Right on the beach, clean, bright, and just down the block from the nightlife. Cannot recommend this place enough! Already looking to come back! Gus was so kind and responsive, allowed us to check in early and was only a quick message away the whole trip. THANK YOU for the best experience!!!

My fiancée and I had some friends stay with us here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and then some. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars if that’s something you are interested in. The home owner was very responsive and was very helpful making accommodations for us when needed. The only thing about the house was that we preplanned where everyone was going to be sleeping but one of the rooms that had two bunk beds in the listing were broken down into two bedrooms with three beds. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family has several aunts/uncles turning 60 and several cousins turning 30 this year, so a group did the bridge in celebration of all the “big” birthdays. This house is great for a large family gathering! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the view of the ocean is amazing! It’s well equipped for any of your needs and the location is perfect! I highly recommend it !

The house worked perfect for our large group. Sitting on the porch with the breeze was wonderful. This is an older home with upgrades. Has the charm of old and new. We loved our week! Need to stay longer next time.

We had 13 adults and 3 children. The layout of this house was perfect. Plenty of communal area to not feel crowded. It has a great view of the beach and was just steps away. Plenty of parking also. I was a little hesitant to rent after reading some of the earlier reviews but so glad I went ahead and booked. We all thought this was the best house we have stayed at. I will be honest, there were some issues that need to be addressed such as electrical lights but this wasn't really an issue for us. It is not the most luxurious but you can tell they have made updates and it is very nice. Yes, the outside is a little run down but who cares as long as there are no safety issues. Unless you are super picky and hard to please, you will like this house. You can also walk to some restaurants and ice cream shop.

Great house directly on the beach with beautiful open floorplan providing lots of room for guests to spreadout. Everything is in very good condition as well. Highly recommend.
