Oceanfront with 4 Oceanfront balconies!!!

2d time staying at this lovely home. Unbeatable beach views and phenomenal location right on the sand. Every room is lovely with its own balcony and panoramic vista. We loved 1st floor deck, well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful place with awesome views, great kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals for your crew.

Beautiful experience for our short trip to South Carolina. Our first time to ever visit the state and this house and beachview did not disappoint. The stairs were quite the workout, but they fit the style of the home. Communication with the host was fast and friendly. Overall, amazing experience!!

House was as described. Clean, great view, nice location.

Beautiful location. Enjoyed our stay very much. There are small details of the home that could use some attention but it didn’t ruin our stay.

The property manager Tyler was excellent and did the best she could with what she had to work with. The recent storm flooded the property and inside the residence which was no fault but the weather. However there were no sidewalks stepping stones etc ti get to the house, waded through septic tank water that stunk to get in and out of the house. The location is awesome once you get in it the beach is literally out the back door. The furniture is older faded and the couch legs are barely hanging on so if you’re bigger you will need to use the chairs . The showers needed attention and the light bulbs in the bathrooms didn’t work or were too dim but again not the property manager’s fault I feel the cleaning crew is overwhelmed and did the best they could with what time they get to clean. The biggest issue for me was the beach or rain water flooding the house causing so much mold in the hvac system and in the ceiling it caused terrible allergies for everyone we had to get Zyrtec and benedryl for all staying so if you’re sensitive to mold and dust do not stay here . If you don’t mind mildew mold and dusty fixtures and there’s not a lot of rain in the forecast then this place is a great location and the property manager will go out of her way to try to help but like I said I feel the owner needs to to a once over to get the house in better condition. Salty air wreaks havoc on houses but this was more like neglect to me .

Home is absolutely beautiful and a perfect location on the beach. It is so well decorated, comfortable with very high quality furnishings. The outdoor patios are right on the sand so it is extremely easy to get onto the beach. Kitchen is extremely well stocked, plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The views from the balconies can’t be beat! There are a lot of stairs between each floor. We loved out stay!

A fantastic location and a nice clean house with any of the amenities you may need. The owner was communicative and easy to work with.

This location is great ! We have stayed here before and it totally meets our family needs! The balcony views are amazing ! There are no window coverings facing the ocean so bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in!!

Very unique house! The steps are not for the feint of heart, but we didn’t mind it at all! Amazing view from every deck! Dolphins out there every day! We had groceries delivered from Walmart for 10 fee and totally worth it! Our family of seven had plenty of space and we would definitely stay again!

The home is beautiful and spacious, with a large number of stairs. However, we all viewed the stairs as a workout, and actually enjoyed them. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Tyler provided beach chairs, beach towels, high-end linens, bath towels, and every possible kitchen utensil one could need! I have never rented a home with every utensil I need to cook for my family. The best part of the home was the huge, rainfall showers with bamboo seats (perfect for my best friend who is a stroke survivor). Tyler was the perfect host who responded immediately to any questions I had. We incredibly enjoyed the outdoor seating on all four floors. The back door was perfect for in and out, daily beach days. The faucet on the first floor deck was quite useful for washing sandy feet and chairs... I can go on and on about how much we loved this house! Does it need a few upgrades? Yes. But with a house of this size, it is very obvious they are in the midst of upgrading areas of the home that are used the most. No one can remodel this huge house in a day and the choices being made are strategic for the comfort of all renters.Tyler, thank you. Your home is beautiful and we had the most amazing week!

The house is nice and fully stocked with everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards and sand toys) Beds were very comfortable.Location is great. Not in the crowded part near the town. Owner was responsive when I had questions. Overall, a good experience.

This house is perfect! It offers privacy for a large family by having 4 separate sleeping areas in addition to the large kitchen and family room. The balcony decks on each floor and the rooftop provide amazing views. When you go outside, you are literally On The BEACH! Love this house and all that it has to offer. This is the second time that we stayed at this property. The first time things seemed pretty much perfect. This time, we noticed some basic wear and tear that would be simple to address to make the house amazing again. The air filters in the rooms were very dirty and needed to be changed and the 3rd floor bathroom had a very bad smell and some stains on the wall. The handle to the shower on the 3rd floor was falling off and the door to the 2nd floor bedroom with the murphy bed was not connected to the track. One of the stairs had broken tile on the edge. I also noticed that many of the smoke detectors were taken off the walls and missing.These are all part of basic maintenance and would be so easy to repair.

Nothing builds the excitement for a girls trip like a cool place to stay, and this house delivered! This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend in every way. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Multiple bathrooms throughout was a great convenience. Everyone loved the waterfall showers, we all want one at home now. Beachfront property made the trip! We enjoyed a beautiful beach day at the house, bouncing from the beach back to the lower level lounge area. Overall we found the house welcoming comfortable and very accurate based on the description. Hosts were very quick and responsive to all our questions leading up to the trip. Would love to come back for another visit soon!

All together it was a nice place with everything you need

Terrific home. As said before, stairs are challenging. Murphy beds are ok for family, but not private enough for friends. You will all have to share shower. Also bedroom windows face east, and there is NO coverings for the windows, so plan on the sun in your face when it rises. However it makes for a fantastic view. : Note to owner. Your cleaning service is suspect on a few items. No toilet paper except what was leftover from last guests. Second floor toilet not even a TP holder. Numerous lightbulbs are out and need to be replaced. Just small items that need attention. You also should alert guests that there is only a Kurig coffee maker in home. Home was clean. You might want to have your family stay there for a few days and see what needs repair or attention. Just a suggestion. With that said. Those are the most majestic views of the ocean we have experienced in a rental home.

We enjoyed our stay there. The location and view was amazing. You could hear the sound of waves with the windows and doors closed. We found it so relaxing.

Property is lovely and located directly on an expansive, beautiful stretch of quiet beach that is free of rocks, debris, etc. We had a wonderful stay.

. This house is very unique and beautifully located right on the beach. Very well equipped with all necessary things for kitchen and beach chairs and towels. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Staircase is extra exercise. We loved it!👌

I love this property and we had a return visit this time. Please check out my previous review—everything that I indicated was fixed for this day. Bathroom light was fixed upstairs, there was a nice set of knives, there were more dish rags, and dish towels. There was a set of beach towels as well as a set of beach chairs, so we would not have had to bring that stuff along this time. All the beautiful casserole dishes and serving platters are awesome. My son was married on the beach in front of this beautiful Spanish home. It was the perfect backdrop for photos and the inside of the home was beautiful in every ornate way. The host was very chill and the Vrbo owner behind was also accommodating of our wedding day. They allowed us to use their patio furniture and were fun during our stay. Each morning I sat out on a balcony with my coffee listening to the waves. During the day we walked out to the beach with our body boards, bocce ball and sand toys. It was fun to ride e-bikes to Bert’s )a local market that is open 25 hours and has literally anything you want or need) At the end of the beach (1 mile from the Spanish House) is Morris Island Light house. It is a beach the is great for Dolphin viewing and fishing. I jogged around and met my husband each day there. He loves to fish. There is also a cool graffiti road leading to Morris Island. My son had our wedding guests venture there and sign his wedding guest book with spray paint. There is a ton to do in town. Lots of places to eat and some of our wedding guests did the escape room. We loved our stay and recommend it as the perfect vacation retreat or wedding venue for smaller weddings. There are a lot stairs…55 steps from top to bottom. My 80 year old mother had some difficulty. We enjoyed the way the home was split up. Each floor had a balcony to relax on. The kitchen was excellent. Plenty of space for family meals. We have stayed at many places. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
