Enjoy spectacular views of the dunes and beach from just about anywhere in this three-story oceanfront home. You’ll love the bright and cheerful professionally decorated interior, as well as the convenient location to the many Wild Dunes’ amenities.
The home’s layout, with two bedrooms on each of the two upper floors, makes this a perfect vacation spot for two families, one large family, or a group of friends. The commonareas are conveniently located on the first floor with an elevator that goes to all four levels. The dining area and living room have ocean views. There is also room in the kitchen for gathering around the breakfast table and counters. The addition of new appliances and granite counters to this roomy kitchen makes this a wonderful place for your group cooks to prepare meals and snacks.

The furnishings, together with hardwood floors and neutral walls, create an upscale beach cottage feel. The ocean breeze will caress your skin as you enjoy one of the three ocean side decks while sunning, having lunch, or just reading your favorite book.

The primary bedroom located on the second floor has a king bed, sitting area, large TV, master bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private access to the ocean-facing porch. The guest bedroom on this floor has a queen bed, TV, and private bath. On the third level is an oceanfront guest bedroom with a queen bed, TV, private ocean-facing porch, and a private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twins with a private bath.

The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps away from your door. Enjoy snacks, lunch, or an umbrella drink while enjoying the occasional live band at the oceanside pools
Please Note Limited parking for 2 midsize SUVs and smaller vehicles. There is access to overflow parking a short walk away.

Pricing  & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees.  For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays.  During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.
--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO,  you will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home.  The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation!  Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by  East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.  
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all of its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian's specialty is the Vacation Rental Industry.  Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of a job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company.   Once a reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane.  Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a much needed beach vacation. The location and size of the house were perfect for my family. Amazing ocean views. Easy beach access. The amenities at Wild Dunes were a huge bonus!The house was in good condition. The only (very small) items to note: the carpets really could use being replaced. And the cleaning people should probably clean the stairs leading up to the house from the garage between stays. It was kind of grimy. We would definitely rent the house again in the future!

We loved the views and the easy access to the beach. The mosquitos surrounding back yard and house were pretty bad... I had bites everywhere. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful house, great location, wonderful rental company, but a few irritating little things...That I hope have been resolved by now! Small potatoes, but the handle did not work on the toilet downstairs when we first arrived. To E. island’s credit they were receptive to my text & immediately sent over a handyman and he resolved it. But I was surprised that it passed the cleaning check. Also... The TV in the master bedroom could not connect to cable, so it was useless...the handyman tried, but never was successful. There was no working light in the washer dryer room. A different Handyman came by & said he would come back the following day with a Fluorescent light bulb as well as fix the washing machine door, but he did not. The wash machine needs the door aligned and tightened because the only way to close it is to jiggle in a certain way and lift it up as you are closing the door. Moreover there was a hole in the outdoor hose so we could wash the sand off of our feet before coming into the house. I know those are all very minor things, but I have to be honest and mention that they did bother me. Hopefully, they are all a non-issue at this point. One more thing that I don’t know how they can change... The ceiling is ultra low in the garage. So if you have a big car (Jeep Wagoneer ) You will get stuck. And there are very few options to park. I don’t know how they can change that...Luckily we finally got the car out, but it was very stressful. Again the house is gorgeous... The beds are so very comfortable ... And the location is premier. We will definitely rent from East Island again like we always do. They have the best supply of great luxury houses. Thank you East island.

    Location, proximity to the beach and number of bedrooms and bathrooms were convenient. We never ran out of hot water. The townhouse itself was not very clean, had many critters-more than one would expect even considering the location. They did have a cleaner come out right away to address our dissatisfaction but it just didn’t help much. The garage door entrance was too low to get our SUV inside. The listing eludes that it is the length of the parking that is the issue but it is actually the height of the opening. Almost every surface inside needed updated, replaced or refreshed. This was our first stay inside Wild Dunes and we did enjoy the amenities it offered. We love Isle of Palms and Charleston so very much.

    Absolutely gorgeous house and location. My 80 year old mother enjoyed watching the ocean from her room. We did not want to leave!
