We loved it because of its large size with so many bedrooms and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The upstairs bonus room was so large and such a surprisingly wonderful space for us to be together. The kitchen was great and we appreciated that there were three refrigerators. The elevator was also wonderful for arrival and departure times. The house does feel a little worn and some spaces need upgrades, especially the bathrooms and all of the mattresses were pretty worn out. But, we still had a wonderful stay.

Everything in it was high end and well maintained. Out family of 15 all had room to spread out and enjoy from babies napping to Late night card games for adults. The pool was clean and safe. Short walk to the beautiful beach. This is our 5th year in a row and 1st time in this home. THE BEST HOME YET!!!

The maintenance crew replied quickly to minor problems. Sleeping on the pullout sofas was was very comfortable. However, there needs to be larger full-size blankets for the pullout sofa. The Oceanview is above average. The beach is ideal for walking; however, swimming in the ocean is a problem. The house is located too close to the channel between Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. The current tends to sweep one down towards the channel. Note, it appears the city is reworking the beach. I do not know what the beach will look like next year. Next year I may choose a house that his father from this canal. Would I recommend this property to a friend? Yes, with the warning about swimming in the ocean.

What a great stay! We had a great time at this house and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. There were 17 of us and we had more than enough room for everyone. The location is great; it is literally on the beach. The waves were not very big while we were there and the inlet being nearby can cause some crazy currents, so we had to watch out for the kids when out in the water. We did have some inconveniences while there. 1. The WiFi was terrible - Several of us had work commitments during the trip that required internet and it was difficult to say the least. 2. The cable was out for over 24 hours at one point during the trip - Our resident Atlanta Braves fan missed his team's playoff game! 3. The 6-burner cooktop in the kitchen was barely functional and really needs servicing or replacement ASAP. 4. The pop-up vent hood for the cooktop is barely functional and had to be propped up to keep functioning while we were cooking. Same as the cooktop, this appliance is super janky - replace it ASAP.

Back Active porch should have been pressure washed and cleaner. Kitchen and den downstairs could use some updating. House is very spacious and 10 bedrooms is very nice. Just not in as good of shape as other houses we have stayed in on Isle. bathroom on the pool level would be nice addition.
