The entire property was exceptional. The kitchen was very well appointed which lent to a successful Christmas celebration for several days. There was plenty of room to accommodate our family of 13. Highly recommend this ocean property. Totally first class!

Great location and we loved the spa and pool

This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! House was clean and well equipped for our large group. We had a little confusion about the hot tub as there is an extra charge to have it heated, but that was quickly addressed, and our crew was happy! The rooms are comfortable and the furnishings fresh and everything was very clean. This will be on our list to book again!

Property was very nice and clean. Plenty of towels for all of our guests was great! Beds were super comfortable! View of the beach was spectacular! Sliding doors were a bit hard to open. Water pressure master bathroom sinks very low. Requested multiple times to try to check in early and was suppose to get a call or text when house was ready. That never happened. Overall beach house was great! Wish we would have had more time to actually stay at the house and enjoy the view and relax ! We would definitely re-visit!

They are fantastic, friendly, helpful and Johnny on the Spot each time we needed them or had a question! This was the first time in Bella Vista. Although it needs som renovation work, it was very clean, pool, Spa & yard well maintained! We will be be back next year to Bella Vista! Also it was great to be so close (within walking distance on the beach) to Breach Inlet & all the restaurants & shops by the pier!

The home was perfect as our headquarters for our daughters wedding in Mount Pleasant, as well as our family vacation for the rest of the week after the wedding. The home is beautifully decorated and the location can’t be beat! Expensive and beautiful ocean views greet you from sun up to sundown!
