Perfect layout for our family with kids. The house has an open feel making everyone feel so comfortable. Most of our group did the polar plunge in the ocean at 38 degrees, so having that heated pool was perfect to warm up in. We’d love to stay at 902 anytime!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great in size and close to everything. It is super outdated though. All the appliances need to be replaced, burners on stove don't work, ice maker barely works, half the racks in the refridgerator were missing. Chandelier light wouldn't come on at all. None of the outlets would hold a charger they fall right out of the wall, once we found one that worked, we all had to share to charge our phones. We had a hurricane while there last week, no one at the rental office called to check in and the pool never got cleaned so we didn't get to use it including the surrounding outside area that was full of palm leaves and dirt. All the furniture on the porch and below was thrown about so we had to put all that back together as well. We love this area and have been the last 8 years every summer, but I was really put off by all this with as expensive this area is and things weren't taken care of, houses on both sides of us with different offices were both cleaned after the storm.

Reviewer Comments: We had a blast at this beautiful oceanfront home! 6 adults and 5 children ages 6-10. The house was even better than the pictures and very clean, bright and cheery! The pool area and the covered area by the pool - top notch!!! The location on the beach was amazing! We had golf carts but you could easily walk to lots of restaurants etc. The rental company as always was great to work with! We would definitely rent this home again. We were all very sad to leave which is an indication of a great family vacation!
