The house was clean and had wonderful views. Location was within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Great place for a girls trip.

Location and view are fantastic. House is ok, could use a lot of updating. Air conditioning does not work well, sticky doors, mixture of new and very old furniture/appliances. Hot water in master bedroom never got hot. Main floor beds are new and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time to this beautiful home. It is in the perfect location in Isle of Palms and sits right on the beach. It is beautifully decorated and feels like our second home. It is a very short walk to shops, ice cream and pizza which my grandchildren love. It is a 25 minute drive to Charleston so there are many options for dining and shopping there as well. The people at East Island rentals are extremely accommodating and will drop everything to help you even on a weekend. Don’t miss this lovely relaxing get away. Go ahead and spoil yourself!

This property needs to be updated ALOT. For the amount of money they are asking per week, this should never have been the situation. The kitchen cabinets look like they haven’t been painted in years. They were so scratched up. It was ridiculous. Missing trim work, pieces of plastic over skylights. I can go on and on. Beware also, that there is a sign for the whole master suite stating that you cannot turn the air down below 72* ….. this in itself, is unacceptable. You’re paying for a house on the beach you were paying a lot of money for this house and you are being told you cannot turn the air down below 72! Would NOT recommend this home.

We sent pictures to the property manager, the home is very dated and needs many upgrades. There was mold and mildew in all the showers, broken hooks in the bathroom, cracked kitchen sink, both ice makers were broken our whole stay. They dropped off a table top ice maker and said they would send someone to fix, that never happened. The grill almost started a fire, the grease trap have never been cleaned. Shower curtain in master bath was missing hooks and full of mold. Kitchen drawers all stick and hard to open, toaster has no bottom plates. Property is beautiful but needs attention. The first think you see is an old couch down in the garage and a pile of old lumber. Would like compensation back as for what we paid it was too much for what we received. The furniture is tired and the house appears to be in the midst of a remodel, fireplaces don't work, sofa is held up by a wood block. There was significant construction next door with no acknowledgement or discount offered. I would rent a different home next time.

The house needs some updating. We had issues with kitchen faucet and a pocket door but issues were resolved quickly. Needs to be bug sprayed. One of us woke up to a palmetto bug crawling on her face in bed.

Great house and location was perfect. Wish the kitchen would have been stocked with foil, plastic wrap and zip lock bags.

Access to the was perfect and the beach itself was the nicest flat linear I've been on. The house is located to many restaurants in walking distance. The food was great. The house itself is well designed for privacy and convenient to bathrooms. The view from the master upstairs is unbelievable, the downstairs has a very spacious view from the kitchen, dining and living room. The 5th bedroom also has a wonderful view and access to the porch and beach. Again this home is beautiful inside and out. It is very functional and beautiful. You will love sitting on the porch taking in the beach views and being able to eat outside.

This most recent stay was at 906 Ocean.The home was not in great repair, especially the plumbing fixtures and drains in the kitchen and the master bath. Loose fixtures and poor draining (master bath) was terrible. Fixture were loose, and I am not sure how your cleaning crew can supposedly release a house for the next guest if they did not notice this while preparing the property.The hose bib in the basement leaked when turned on and the AC unit drain line was clogged, causing the AC to not function properly.For close to $15,000. a week I just expected a nicer place with functioning fixtures and appliances.I believe I have renter from you at b0th Belle Vista (712 Ocean) and recently Pelican Watch at 906. I have never had a drain in the master bath that drains in either place. That is simply something that the cleaning crew should notice and report!!!!
